Hi, firstly please accept my apologies for the latest hiccups and delays. Due to the rising problems in Eastern Europe and collapsing supply chain throughout Europe we were force to re-structure our business to keep our products available in the future. It meant rapid developments in our investment program and build of bakery plant in UK. Unfortunately not all has gone to the plan and we have not been able to speed up, which caused numerous problems with production and purchase of seeds and grains. I am very happy to say that we have just finished the initial process and fired up the bakery in UK. All orders will be process in the next few days. I would like to apologize for the troubles this has made. Trying to show our appreciation to our clients and compensate, as much as we can, for the caused inconvenience, we will be adding extra loaves to try with each order. scam subscription
Last two orders haven't arrived. No response to multiple emails over months. Have been trying to get my subscription cancelled for months.
Worst customer service and no delivery
Order place and accepted on 8th November 2022 product was in stock. Money taken but still no delivery a month later and no response to numerous emails. Unable to find any contact number.
Good product when you can get it but the worst customer service experience ever.

Rip-off, uncontactable, do not buy from them!
Ordered six loaves of Heart of Nature Bread on 13th November (£23.88). They arrived 2 weeks later. Every single one MOULDY, had to go straight into the bin. Have photos but can not put them on here. Company has no telephone number for contacting. Sent several emails, not one single reply. Requested refund. No acknowledgment, no refund, in fact this company is a complete rip-off. They will take your money very quickly and then disappear and are uncontactable.

Very much the same story as the other review. Order placed on the 18th. Evri tracking on 22nd says they’re expecting the package. Nothing changed. Emailed and facebook message sent. No reply. Disappointing. I want a refund.
Awful company
Like others I would give no or negative stars if possible. I used to buy the vegan bread in Waitrose but it has not been available for weeks so I ordered online in 18th NOVEMBER 2022. It advertised 48 hrs delivery, however, nothing arrived. On 30th NOVEMBER 2022 I tried the tracking app they supplied. At first it said the bread had been delivered two hours earlier (which it hadn’t) then it said, “damaged in transit” contact supplier. Seedful does not have a registered phone number so I contacted by email and of course have received no response. I then checked this website and noted just how many people have the same experience as me.
Appalling service, if the company exists in a few months time (abd I doubt it) I will never order from them again.
Seedful poor customer service and still no delivery
Orders bread and rolls 15/11/2022. Received email 21/11/2022 saying my order is on its way. This was meant to be sent out the next day so already disappointing! Keep checking EVRi tracking which says they have been expecting my items since 18/11/2022. Emailed Seedful 4 times and still no reply. Email is the only way to contact them. This is extremely disappointing as they are the only gluten and yeast free bread I've found. Now requesting a refund via my credit card company.
Awful customer service and non existent order
Made an order 15th October and after 4 messages and two requests for a refund, I have just received an email (27th November) to say the refund has been actioned. Absolutely awful, well non existent customer service. One generic email a month ago stating their are issues and my order is on its way. What does it take to communicate well?!

Ordered variety bread box from Seedful Store, courier still says “we’re expecting your order soon” when I trace the delivery. It’s been saying this for the last six weeks. Sent several detailed emails to them requesting explanation or refund , with no reply. Live chat, got no reply either. What a terrible waste of time and money. Still no product, and no response. Wish I could have given 0 stars. Such a let down from what I know to be a great product….when you can get it.
Terrible company
Terrible company, take your money, say your product has been despatched a month later Evri still don’t have it. They don’t reply to your emails, o phone no, I’ve tried messaging them through social media. They have taken over £40 from me for bread more than 7 weeks ago now and I just want my money back.
Where is my Seedful order?
I love Seedful bread but am left wondering what is going on with the company. I normally order it from Amazon but as they were out of stock I ordered directly from Seedful. This was on 2nd November (3 weeks ago). I have not yet received my order and despite trying to find out what has happened I have had no response. In addition the chat function seems to have disappeared. I am upset as I loved Seedful bread - I can only assume that the company is having financial difficulties. So I’m writing off my £23.

Mouldy bread
I ordered 6 loaves,took over 2 weeks to arrive,5 of them were mouldy,I contacted Seedful on a number of occasions on chat,but no reply. I have now taken out a resolution case with PayPal

Bread arrived late (stuck in customs for huge import fees) and moldy despites 1 month left on the expiration date. Requested refund but no reaction from customer service.
Used to buy this bread in stores and that was ok. Sad. Good product, crap sales.
Extremely poor customer service
The product is excellent but the customer service is non existent. I ordered their pack of 3 loaves of bread on subscription on 27/09/2022. The blurb online says you can alter the frequency of delivery any time (the default is weekly). However, you cannot do it online and there is no phone number to call and emails and chat are ignored. I did not receive the first order but received an email saying it had been delivered to my address. However I was away from home for a few days so that was not possible. I sent numerous emails and posted to their online chat with no response. I cancelled the automatic payment for future deliveries and attempted to cancel the subscription. However this function is locked. I keep receiving emails asking me to update my payment each time I respond saying I want to cancel the subscription, but again no response. My neighbour had actually accepted my first delivery but the delivery man left no note informing me of this and it was over a week before my neighbour knocked my door to let me know they had taken it in. I will still purchase the product but not from Seedful directly
Product good but everything else poor
First time I ordered from this company and very disappointed. Package of 7 sliced grain bread packs was delayed with no explanation and then finally delivered to wrong address even though package was correctly addressed. Poorly packaged, especially given that they’re food items. Courier (Evri) left package on the ground on top of some rubbish in neighbour’s bin cupboard, between two bins, several houses away. Only tracked down from proof of delivery photo as we have a community WhatsApp group. Company has no phone number listed and I’ve had no response to 2 emails I sent: one to chase delivery and the other to complain about the delay and circumstances of delivery.
