Dreadful company
I ordered 3 sliced loaves as I have rheumatoid arthritis so can't cut my own, I live alone as a pensioner. They have a machine that could have cut them. When I messaged them and emailed them I got zero response. Very shoddy packaging box was almost wide open plus the order was wrong. Will never order from them again. I advise others to steer clear too! Zero customer service. Shocking!

I have contacted Seedful twice with zero response after receiving an order with 6 loaves thrown into a box, two of which were split open. After two weeks two loaves had gone green moldy inside the packages despite having several weeks left of date on them. And also when I bit into a slice of one of the loaves there was grit inside and a stone caused me to have to seek dental treatment as it damaged my tooth!
Given I only asked for a refund and have had all of these issues from one batch and ZERO response, I find this totally unacceptable and will be raising my complaint to Food Standards and asking Consumer Protection about next steps to protect my rights.
Shameful in this day and age. I know this brand and the original owner of it. But it seems it has gone mass market and with that, sadly, a lack of customer care.
Great product, non-existent customer service
I have placed orders with them via their web site about five times now. I have had problems with two orders. You cannot contact anyone to get any problems sorted out. There is no phone number on their site. The email never seems to get through. I have tried contacting them on social media but their accounts seem to be run by agencies. I will no longer be buying anything from them ever again.
The icing on the cake is that when you order via their web site they ask for a tip for their staff!
