No delivery of a gift for my niece.
Ordered on 21 September and still not arrived on 12 October. When I flagged it hadn’t been dispatched by 30 September, they told me they had sent it budget delivery. Still no arrival.

Everything was as described online

Lovely product. Nice to have something that is not plastic with flashing lights and buzzers.

My grandson loves playing with it with me. Lots of opportunities to chat about shapes and colours.

I would avoid them. Don’t buy with them. I got half of the stuff I ordered and a written note attached to the box to refund but it has t been done, I’ve been chasing for almost 2 weeks via email and they stopped replying. I can’t call because there’s an AI automated service, Instagram doesn’t work either.

Two items were missing from my order on delivery. Initially had very quick responses but has now gone silent with no update on replacements or a refund. Due to the state of the box I thought the items may have been stolen in transit but based on recent reviews beginning to think they were never sent. Will not be ordering from here again, really disappointed.

Item didn’t arrive and haven’t received a refund. They’re trying to give me a gift card which I don’t want without even asking me. This was last week and still haven’t had this resolved.

Slow delivery. Poor quality product. Overpriced for the quality. Already not working in just a few days.

Safe and original squishes with CE marks. Honest information about time scale for delivery.

Great products, great quality. The only thing that lets them down is using Evri for delivery. My parcel was stuck at the depot for days and I had to chase Evri to get it back. When it arrived, the box was extremely battered and was half open.

Very happy with my purchase as my grandchildren love squishy toys and these caterpillars will be well received at Christmas I’m sure 😊 I would have liked them to have been bigger still but otherwise I’m very satisfied to have found them on your site thank you. Delivery was speedy and problem free so I’m happy with my shopping experience with your company and would recommend you to others. 👏👏👏

My schoolhas been waiting 8 weeks we have spent £609 of school fundraiser money and have not recieved a single item.
I have sent so many emails and spoken to your automated service. This disgusting customer service. I know so many other school across Surrey and will not be recommending you if nothing is resolved today!

No problems at all, very straight forward

Repeatedly being hounded with threatening and factually incorrect emails for a debt I do not owe. In short, order not delivered, requested cancellation of order and refund, refund received, (surprisingly given other reviewers accounts of having to chase refunds), and I considered the matter to be closed at that point. But no, I have now received dozens of emails trying to get the original payment back that you refunded me? Sensory Education please DO take me to court, I have no debt owed, you have received lots of emails from me about this and have not replied. I have kept ALL relevant evidence. This is a truly diabolic company, please AVOID.
