Repeatedly being hounded with threatening and factually incorrect emails for a debt I do not owe. In short, order not delivered, requested cancellation of order and refund, refund received, (surprisingly given other reviewers accounts of having to chase refunds), and I considered the matter to be closed at that point. But no, I have now received dozens of emails trying to get the original payment back that you refunded me? Sensory Education please DO take me to court, I have no debt owed, you have received lots of emails from me about this and have not replied. I have kept ALL relevant evidence. This is a truly diabolic company, please AVOID.

Ordered sensory squishy toys. We are very happy with them and the delivery was also earlier than expected. So we are overall happy with this company and will be using them in the future.

Trustpilot, can you tell me who we can report theft to? I am still waiting for a refund from June, when my parcel arrived with the jiffy bag open down side and nothing in it. It has been reported and I am being treated very badly.
As people who review the companies and give you the actual interactions with them, I request that a negative option should be available asw this shower deserve not a single star. How many people need to be scammed by them?

They now asking for information on my order for my refund .They have this on my account and been sent it just fobbing people off keep the £8 you need it more than me It seems what a company never deal with them again

Delivery was on time but the package was very bashed up. The item, Luckily was not damaged. The product i think should be in a box due to its suspension.

Ordered on 11th of June a Bretton cushion trolley worth £315, paid with the school purchasing card and never received the product. tried so many times to contact, over the phone, with emails or through help centre but nothing and it's been nearly 4 months! I would advise everyone to stop buying from this company!

My order never arrived. I exchanged several emails with customer service but they never managed to resolve the issue and stopped replying to me. I’m very disappointed that the sensory toys I ordered for my baby never arrived. As a new mum I just didn’t have the capacity to keep chasing for a refund so I just gave up and I feel like the company took advantage of this. To be clear, I paid for my order, didn’t receive anything, and the company did not refund me. Beware of using this company.

Absolute sham of a company!!! Placed an order for £398 on 25th September, had a dispatch email about 3 days later - then when I go onto track it says ‘thanks for letting us know this no longer needs collecting’. Called twice and speak to some stupid AI called Jessica, sent 2 emails and had nothing back!!! So, so far they have had nearly £400 of my money and absolutely naff all to show for it! Avoid at all costs it’s a sham

After a delay in delivering my parcel,the sensory education company immediately sent a replacement. The delivery company was efficient and prompt.
