My experience has been poor. I ordered a NAS on the 17th March, I was quoted a delivery of the 31st March. I got a message on the 29th saying that they had dispatched it, but now I was quoted a delivery of the 7th April. I asked about it and was told it had gone, then got another delivery notice for nearly a month later. I got requests asking me to rate my terrible experience. I am now in the ridiculous situation of cancelling something I actually want because Servers Direct are so useless at delivery.
Oh - and they won't give me a refund until they have tried to deliver it to me and I have rejected it. It is a month one and I am out of pocket, patience so please, please buy from another firm

Login details received for the key to download license not working. Have not had any response to my complaint reporting the same. I wish to have my money back at thid point doe to this bad service and lack of resolution

Fast, Cheap and as described. I bought A grade hot swap drive and simply plugged it in and it worked.
Ordered on Monday arrived on Tuesday.

I was slightly nervous buying my Laptop online but generally the reviews for Servers Direct were quite positive, which reassured me enough to go ahead with my purchase. Some negative reviews mention sub standard packaging and laptops being damaged or reconditioned, this does not reflect my experience at all.
I ordered my Laptop with a 3-5 day delivery option however my Laptop arrived the next day with clear tracking information, making it easy for me to plan around the 1 hour delivery slot.
On delivery the Laptop was well packaged (well protected from both moisture and contact damage.) and arrived in manufacturers packaging with all tamper seals intact.
I had to contact Servers Direct via email due to the laptop showing only 6 months warranty remaining despite the advertised 1 Year. They responded within 1 hour (Advertised 24hrs) with all the necessary details required to rectify the issue.
This was a fully confidence inspiring experience for me. I have no problem recommending Servers Direct, I will definitely use them again in the future.

Packaging (Jiffy bag) flimsy considering it contained hard disk drives. From despatch, it took 9 days to arrive. Overall from order date it’s taken 2 weeks to get to me. It would be good to have an indication if an item was in stock at time of order as I presume this is part of the reason for the delay. I appreciate shipping once dispatched is beyond your control.
