Good online experience- no queue for online chat, resolving queries quickly and efficiently. Delivery charges a little on the high side but goods received very quickly.
UPDATE:
As they mentioned they did refund the delivery and it did eventually come - just be weary of the delivery times is all I'd say.
HDD works well though and not other complaints so I'm bumping the review up.

Failed to deliver on Saturday even though I specifically paid more for that delivery as that's when I was available to be in for it.
Customer service is abysmal - there is no other word. They can't do anything over the weekend so forget any weekend delivery. They also flat out lied to me by saying that the item was out for delivery even though it clearly wasn't.
I cannot track the delivery on their site because of a 500 error when you try to log in to which the useless "customer service" agents constantly asked me the same questions about changing browser, clearing cache etc. Anyone who knows anything about websites will know a 5xx error is server side and no amount of new browsers or cache clearing will help.
Others have mentioned this in reviews too and it's still not been fixed so I have very low hopes for the being sorted.
There will also be the usual response from them on here apologising and saying "it's not the usual service they expect their customers to receive".
Instead of getting on trust pilot to apologise, do something about it instead.
Once upon a time when they were just Laptops Direct, they were a brilliant company. Now they've branched out into everything else and clearly the scaling up with it has not gone well.
Won't be using them again and recommend you don't either.

Well done, I would be happy to use again. Very little fuss. Quick delivery, great price.
I've used serversdirect before without problem, but this time it was a nightmare.
First problem was a partially delivered order, which should be simple but was made difficult by Customer Service and Delivery Escalation, who were easily confused and unable to work effectively with their external supplier.
On top of this my account login was faulty and Customer Service just couldn't get their heads around what this meant or that it was a second problem.
The problem was compounded because their Customer Service system does not use unique tickets for problems - so don't ever try to report two different problems at the same time.
In the end I had to escalate to Head of Customer service, who didn't exactly resolve it but told me what was going on and the parts finally arrived. They too didn't understand what "internal server error" on a web page meant for a customer.
To be fair, serversdirect did resolve it eventually, so it is two stars. But they made it difficult to do because their own systems are ineffective. Their people are polite but poorly trained and lack authority to do anything or communicate with anyone.
I might use them again, but it would not be for anything I needed urgently.

placed an order for laptop with Servers Direct on 2nd October 2022. I was informed that it will 3 weeks for delivery and ask to create account and login to track the order. Unfortunately I was unable to login getting message "INTERNAL SERVER ERROR". After few days on the suggestion of Server Direct customer service I tried different devices and browser but was still unable to login, so I asked to cancel the order. Because I mentioned canceling the order because of login problem, all of sudden I received the laptop on 7th October 2022 and in my opinion it was either refurbished or someone’s return. The laptop’s box seal was broken and also you expect the new laptop in a cellophane cover which it was not. Any how when I switched on it was working fine but did not realise that sound was not working. I sent sound problems to Server Direct and they were very quick to respond and asked me to send photos of the problem. Sound Problem !!!! Photos????. Finally send photo of laptop with an Audio bar showing that it is not muted. And guess what!!! They sent me an email asking me to login to the account to check the progress but back to the original login problem which was never sorted "INTERNAL SERVER ERROR". So I do not know what is happening and there is no point in sending email either, they do not read or ignore. I had written about login and condition of the laptop but they completely ignored it and just asked to send photos of the fault.

Excellent selection of UPS at good prices, delivered promptly.
Parcel arrived on time. Machine works. Very easy process to buy this machine. Am not techie enough to critique the machine!
Had my eyes on a laptop, started chatting with agent about why price is so low and he blatantly told me that the price is wrong and if I order it now, I will likely to get an email about refund or alternative product offers... asked for real price, agent has no idea... (low price tactic to lure people into call sales team that advise you of other products they want to sell oppose what you want to buy, I wonder... ?) Absolute puppet show business!

Very clear web site and ordering process. Item arrived a day earlier than expected.
Paid extra for next day before 1pm on the 30th Aug and I've still not received my order.
Tried contacting several times, only ever got one reply which didn't help at all.
The account system on the website doesn't work. I ordered from serversdirect, but have to go to dronesdirect for anything to work.
wouldn't recommend on this experience.

Quick order process, great prices and delivery next day of 2 i7 PCs. What more could you ask for?
Super fast delivery, ordered a part one afternoon and it arrived the following morning. Very happy customer. Will use again should the need arise.
This week I ordered 8 expensive network switches in total costing £8750 and received unbelievably poor customer service. On the expected day of delivery, I was looking for a tracking number and spotted what appeared to be a missing line in the address. After about 20 minutes in a queue to speak to customer services I was able to establish it was just an error in the email and the address was correct, the goods had been despatched and were out for delivery by 7pm with FedEx, but no tracking number was available. To be honest, with no tracking number I wasn’t surprised when the goods didn’t arrive.
I was surprised the following day with several calls to customer services where I established the following:
1. They lied about the stock, there was no stock.
2. They lied about the order status, it hadn’t been despatched, there was no stock.
3. They lied about the order being with FedEx, it hadn’t been dispatched.
I was then told the order would be delivered two weeks later direct from their supplier – probably, but they couldn’t guarantee it.
At this point the order is cancelled for a refund. This should be straight forward and funds returned to PayPal within minutes. However, because they lied about having stock they have now placed an order with a supplier and they are refusing to refund my £8750 until their supplier accepts the cancellation, even though the supplier has admitted they do not have stock either and doesn't know when they will.
Servers Direct accepted an order for items they lied about having in stock. Unfortunately, rather than coming clean they continued to lie about the delivery, delaying the inevitable cancellation to the point at which stock was no longer available with alternative suppliers, putting my entire project in jeopardy. And so far, despite agreeing they are in the wrong they have refused to process a refund and are holding on to my cash until a third-party supplier agrees I can have it back.

Ordered for next day delivery as I wasn't home any other day. Item was dispatched a day late and did not arrive until two days later when I was out. Initially offered to refund the DIFFERENCE in delivery cost as compensation. I was appalled at this due to the inconvenience and time/money effect it had on the delivery. After complaining a second time I did get the full delivery cost refunded. Not the level of service I would expect from the first customer service agent who was clearly a jobsworth, but the second did take the issue more seriously.

Forget Currys, never going back there. Appliances Direct from now on.
I had no issue at all with Servers Direct who got my machine to me on time, but DPD who delivered it were rude and unhelpful. On hearing this, Servers Direct came back to me to let me know they had complained to DPD and apologised for them. They then refunded my delivery charge. Well done to Servers Direct. Proper customer service at long last.
