I am very impressed with the cctv…
I am very impressed with the cctv cameras I couldn’t find anyone to install them for me so I done it myself. Video quality is fantastic. nice light weight cameras plus the manual helped me through the set up for the drv.

Quick and efficient delivery of new NAS enclosure + disks. The disks that came were Hitachi models, rather than the Seagate Ironwolfs ordered, but seem to do the job perfectly well.

Not a good experience.
Ordered equipment on Monday (website showed in stock), received email on Tuesday saying it was out of stock and someone would call within 2 working days to discuss options or refund. No call by Friday, so I rang them and was told the order was still active and equipment due for delivery Monday coming. Checked website again still showing in stock and at same price. No emails regarding delivery arrived so rang again Monday morning to be told delivery was in fact cancelled, they were out of stock but that they could get the same equipment at a higher price for me... cancelled as I do not like being shaken down. They took the order at that price, fulfill the order at that price, especially when the same item remains listed at the lower price and in stock on the website.

Same good service regardless what you pay.
I bought a NAS enclosure from then at a very reasonable prices. However they waited to dispatch it and then they sent it next day delivery even though I didn't pay for it. They use the same service for all orders it seems, you just pay more for them to dispatch sooner.
Very happy with my purchase and I'll definitely l use again if they sell at the right price again.
