Quick and efficient purchase and delivery of product

Paid for next day delivery before 1pm, courier advised that they were not expecting the article for two more days. No contact from Severs direct so wasted best part of a day waiting for a non actioned delivery. A complete shambles, customer service told me later that day the parcel was still arriving before 1pm, must have a time machine

A good quick service for the items that were not long in being delivered and arrived safely.
Unfortunately it was let down by the total lack of any information on who the courier or couriers were, and any tracking information. It was also not clear how many parcels there would be. I got a text from DPD advising that a delivery would be coming, that came on time but was only one of the items ordered. Chased progress on the rest only for it to arrive the next day by Parcel Force with out advanced warning
Please make sure that it is made clear how each delivery will be made and provide tracking information where ever possible

Placed an order and it was delivered next day - no issues, kept updated via email, speedy delivery so would use again.

Good product delivered within two days of order, so well done . But the two hard drives were not bubble wrapped or protected inside the post bag in any way. Rather surprising! Anyway all appears okay and works fine.

Great price, quick delivery so really can’t complain, I had not heard of them before so was a bit sceptical about ordering, glad I did. Previous reviews were correct, happy happy happy (shame you don’t do the drives i needed!!)

Just bought a few small items this time, but price and speed were unmatched.

Fabulous service, quick & efficient.

Works well, didn't take long to setup even for a new NAS user like myself. Have installed various bits of software on it now and got it running as a Plex server (it does struggle if you try and play 4k full HDR videos however but I kind of expected this, 1080p is fine). Also got various docker apps installed and they all work without issue. My only slight complaint is that it can be a little bit noisy when running but this is in a quiet room (could hear pin drop) so you do hear the hard disks 'chugging' a little bit but this could depend on the brand you go for perhaps.

What more is needed than great delivery, ahead of time, with kit as ordered.

Terrible purchasing experience. Company is insisting we've been sent two orders but we've only received one and are refusing to acknowledge their own tracking information provided on their website.

Very quick service. Was surprised that it was delivered by Amazon in one if their vans. But good service all round a great product

If there was an option for no stars i would have gone with that.
All i have been given so far almost a week after the date they told me my servers would arrive is the run around.
All i have been asking for is a tracking number they cant even provide that it is simply not good enough.
They promised to call back and havent.
I would suggest that you find somewhere else to buy from.
Just so everybody is clear i never recieved a call back i rang them. I have now cancelled the order and am awaiting the return of my money.
I also asked for them to reimburse me the cost of ring their expensive support line but this fell on deaf ears.
These guys could do with some customer care training.

Product ordered and arrived on time.
Proactively they called to assess my need and offer trade terms, which although trade didn't apply in this instance.

Fast delivery,item was new and unopened box which is a good start.NAS now running without issues at the moment.

AVOID THIS SUPPLIER LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Customer service beyond abysmal. Sales staff know absolutely nothing about the products that they are selling. No documentation is supplied with the components, and if you ask the customer service for advice on what peripherals are needed, they ask you to consult the manual which they don not provide (either in paper form or electronic).

If you can source your required equipment[ from anywhere else, go with that other supplier. Serversdirect do not deserve anyone's patronage.
