I am so terrified of dental treatment I need to be sedated so I don't know what's happening! The treatment I received at Shawlands was second to none from start to finish, everybody was so understanding and kind, I would highly recommend them to anyone who has fears about visiting the dentist!

Excellent customer service at the reception and dentists/hygienist are superb.

As a somewhat nervous patient, I appreciated that every care was taken to put me at my ease. This included fully explaining every procedure that was needed and why it was necessary before it was carried out as well making sure that they were done as painlessly as possible. All work done was completed to a high standard.

Everything about this establishment is spot on. From the dental staff to the clerical staff - and the premises and consulting rooms are excellent.

Quite expensive, for the same work I paid less somewhere else (talking about double price for white filling).

He don’t telling you option he just want to pull out tooth 🦷 even the roots was very good. not professional no experience very low service and unprofessional after week 2 of my fillings come out as well so I need another visit but not with him this time
And lastly they focus on money 💰

Turned up for my appointment to be greeted what can only be described as the friendliest receptionist in Glasgow I was a wee bit flustered as I was running late not a problem in the slightest, seen the dentist within minutes who examined my mouth then sent me for an X-ray within the same building I was standing inside the machine while the X-ray part was rotating round my head, the dentist assistant really couldn’t have been more helpful, I needed a hygienist but I was going on holiday in two days time the assistant actually manage to juggle one or two things around so I could get an appointment with the hygienist on the same day actually within the hour I think it’s the first time I’ve ever went to the dentist and thought that was really a very pleasant experience

I have no hesitation in recommending Shawlands Dental Care. They are friendly and efficient and professional. I travelled from Argyll to have a dental implant and the result has been worth the many journeys.

Have been a patient here for a few years always receive good treatment my last dentist left so just getting to know his replacement.

Appointments always running late, whether with dentist or hygeneist
