I spoke to a customer service advisor called Sofia C.talking to people is quite hard for me because I'm dyslexic and autistic.I felt that she listened to me,and helped me very well,it was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time,she knew her job she knew how to handle customer service very well.I felt like I've been heard.

Habe mir eine KC3000 geholt, doch die Acronis Software funktioniert nicht, also kann ich keine Daten klonen, der Support ist absichtlich schwer gemacht, im diesen zu erreichen muss man extra seine ssd wieder ausbauen, um den Code auf der Rückseite zu lesen, je nach dem ist das bisschen schwer wenn das MB ein SSD shield hat.

First time buying kingston SSD. I normally buy Samsung but was attracted to the performance and value of the KC3000 SSD which unfortunately arrived faulty. Would not initialise.
I talked to a tech on their 1800 number and was asked to send photos of front and back of drive plus troubleshooting evidence. The email address given was Taiwan ....com.tw. They never acknowledged or responded to my email. I chose to return to seller and will not buy a Kingston product again.

Michale the mechanic is a goof. Ruined my vehicle, left things disconnected/loose and plastic all ripped to hell now i have to drill holes and zip tie it all. Pieces of crap here. Dont go here.

Good value memory kits.
This is my 2nd memory kit i got from kingston and I never had any issue or needed to make an rma.
What I like most about kingston ram is that you dont pay for the name, but for the product.

Ich habe zwei RAM-Riegel mit je 8 GB von Kingston. Sie sind in den entsprechenden Slots auf dem Mainboard eingesteckt. Ich habe auf der Webseite nachgeschaut. DDR-3 RAM, wie ich ihn noch habe, gibt es praktisch nicht mehr. Das Portfolio der Firma ist recht umfangreich.
Nach Preisen sucht man vergeblich. Wenn man auf "Kaufen" klickt, landet man auf einer ganz anderen Webseite, die einem fast jedesmal mitteilt: "Seite oder Produkt nicht gefunden." Soll das ein Witz sein?
Die beiden RAM-Riegel funktionieren jetzt schon seit sechs Jahren.
Ich muß dem IT-Profi, der die Hardware kauft und dann den PC zusammenbaut, sagen, das er keinen Schrott kaufen soll.

Warning Kingston does NOT stand by their products , my memory failed after 3 years ...I had BSODs for 3 more years they were tested fine ... BSODs continued til Santa brought me new ones in 2019... BUT the receipt has been missing a very long time...Kingston Russia wont test them or replace them Kingston is dead to me

Kingston used to be renowned in the computer hardware field. Great company selling quality stuff. But they no longer take the pride in their products they once did. Just one example: The solid aluminum cases of their USB flash drives have given way to cheaply made ones. If they are still aluminum, they're not much thicker than beer cans, and they're definitely not solid. The insides—the most important part—have suffered as well. Not reliable like they used to be. [sigh]

You shouldn't trust Kingston to protect your valuable data. Not nowadays. I once bought Kingston products, confident I was getting good quality from a good company. Sad to see yet another corporation putting profit above all else.

Bean counters on Wall Street seem to be the only ones most companies care about now. Customers be damned.

Very disappointed with what I believed was a high quality secure purchase. Bought a Kingston M2 card in July and it failed completely in the last few days - Less than 6 months operational! I had believed this kind of storage was the safest there is having recently had a failure on an SSD drive from another manufacturer.

Got in touch with kingston and no data recovery facility, just replacements. Had used another vendor for the SSD and they went out of their way to try and recover my data, although unsuccessful in the end.

I need reliability for the money spent on this kind of technology and Kingston can not provide it. Looking at alternatives, but will avoid Kingston in the future.

Le migliori soluzioni per chiavette USB che si possano trovare. Ottimi anche i prodotti NVME e le RAM anche se chi cerca frequenze e velocità estreme probabilmente dovrà rivolgersi altrove. Per l'utente medio ed avanzato, salvo i veri enthusiast ed overclocker estremi, però i prodotti sono più che sufficientemente performanti. Una garanzia assoluta anche per la durata dei prodotti.

Have bought the Kingston A400 SSD many times! This SSD makes any laptop feel new again!

I've been using their ValueRam in my business and for their price, I rarely see them get returned for RMA.

Kingston was allways one of the MOST reliable choices. It seems they lost on quality last decade, however (in my opinion) they still do quality products, just a little bit overpriced.
I'm giving a 1 star less because of prices and quality (some fails with SSD's and not every product is such flawless ultra high quality like before)

I find more quality in brandless Chinese memory cards, which haven't failed me so far. The new Kingston USB memory stick was however dead on arrival and probably not even tested.

I ordered some RAM and it was lost in transit. Despite accepting that the item had been lost, Kingston flat out refused to provide a refund, claiming it was my responsibility and forcing me to reclaim the money back from them through my card provider. It took two and half months to do this. Utterly appalling service from a terrible company and I'll never use them again.
