You guys are frauds. You get people's info just to deny. I hope my info has not been compromised.

So far I have not been impressed.I purchased a product that they stated would arrive within two days. shortly after the checkout process, I received confirmation of my order and receipt and then noticed the shipping information was changed for 6 days expected time til delivery. I attempted to reach out to support and received a confirmation of my email and stated I would hear back within 24 hours. however, that wasn't true either and I am still waiting to hear back from abunda.

Please avoid this company at all cost! Their customer service department sucks big time. Their customer service rep, Cassie, answers your email question on the 11th hour as if she were in a different continent or time zone and the service delivery people will send you the shipment notification and the shipment delivery email ALL AT THE SAME TIME on the very last minute! Who does that?! They will just leave the shipment outside of your apartment building regardless of safety issue whether that product will be stolen or not. They don't give you a call or a notification before the delivery. They just wanna wing it and get it over with! They will give you the shipment notification and the shipment delivery notice AFTER the fact ALL AT THE SAME TIME. In other words, they don't want to be bothered at all.

I’m very excited to have been approved to be able to get my wife the paddle board she’s been wanting for a long time. Abunda had the paddle board available and I was able to get a Bluetooth speaker so she can listen to music on the water. Thank you abunda for making it easy and straightforward simple. Really a recommended site to shop from.

I ordered lights but they never came I tryed to get in touch with them but only email no phone number listed I explained I didn't recive it they sent back it was delivered a sent back not to me an they stoped talking to me about it what can I do

I got 3 items from Abunda and the items cam fast, the payment plans are fair. I had to return the Lenovo laptop after contacting the manufacturer because it was a screen issue right out the box...and abunda honored the return, and communicated with me through email and refunded my payment for the 3rd party laptop. They have good customer service and I would order from them again once I pay off the items I have

I'm disappointed to see the total cost obscured behind monthly payments. This approach seems misleading and could result in customers paying three times the price they would on platforms like Amazon, just for the convenience of financing. It's a strategy I find quite concerning.

I have read reviews complaining about the product. The product does not come from abunda it comes from Amazon and then people are complaining that Abunda is charging a fee and that Amazon is cheaper..... OF COURSE AMAZON IS CHEAPER AND OF COURSE ABUNDA CHARGES A FEE. they offer a service for financing if you dont need financing DON USE ABUNDA. and do you expect abunda to not charge a fee? So they should just do this for free? It is astonishing to me how stupid people are..... the reason I didn't give Abunda 5 stars is it takes them a very long time to send you your item compared to Amazon not sure why it takes so much longer.

Tried to place an order with PayPal Credit. Was charged full amount. IMMEDIATELY attempted to cancel the order… no response. No response to chat, no response to emails, yet it’s now showing that items are shipping. Contacted the BBB and my state Attorney General for fraud.

Make sure that your 100% sure that whatever you order from this site is exactly what you want and will not need to return it. I ordered a bike that apparently on my end I didn't read the tiny fine details perfectly and thought I could easily return it for a different bike, just an exchange. They said it was up to the seller and the seller would not provide prepaid return so I would have to pay for the return. They say there items are from the Amazon platform but without the Amazon return guarantee. Also more expensive then Amazon. Abunda would have worked for me if I didn't need to return because of the acima financing is helpful if you don't have all the $ up front for a big purchase.

Today, I was shopping on amazon and was looking forward for a way to do a monthly payment on some things I needed but I was unsure of this website due to some con reviews here AND I have to say, I went my way to chat with someone online named Cassie and she is the sweetest, kindest and informative reassuring me that I will get the help and answers I need. So if you are planning to use this website, please consider to do so and if you are unsure; do please reach out to the customer service because they are doing their best to satisfy your needs. It was really a good experience. I was having troubles with payment plans, only to know I couldn't use any due to location but she was very helpful and even suggested a different payment plan that I could use. I really do appreciate your help if you ever come across this review!

Excellent communication. Any question I had bout my order was responded to in a timely manner and they were always there to answer them. My chair came in only a couple of days and was exactly as expected, perfect!!

Please if you read any review, read this one. My experience with Abunda from start to finish was nothing less than fantastic! I ordered an adjustable bed and mattress. After placing my order and reading the confirmation I realized I had ordered the wrong size! I was frantic that I wouldn’t be able to change it since I signed all the agreements financing with Acima. I reached out using the help area on the website, left my info and let them know what happened, and waited for a response.

I got an email the same day from Cassie who assured me not to worry and that she could cancel the order so I could reorder the correct size. She cancelled it and I got the notice within an hour or so that it was cancelled. I was able to immediately order the right size and was still approved through Acima for the same amount, so it cleared through them as well. I was relieved!

Cassie stayed in contact with me via email through the whole experience. She kept me updated on the status of everything being approved and kept me updated on shipping right down to the day it all arrived!

I now have my split king adjustable Lucid beds and they are amazing! They came in quicker than expected and in great shape. They are comfy and work perfectly so far, too.

I am floored with how great of an experience this has been. Thank you Abunda for giving me options to get a large purchase like this, and thank you so much Cassie for being an amazing help! You have earned a customer for life!

I ordered a monitor through abunda and acima. The monitor showed up and the box had been opened and re-taped. Of course I refused the package. Do not do business with either company. They take money out of your account and won't return it. If you want something save for it. Don't deal with these loan sharks.

They don't order the products for days sometimes even weeks. Their "customer support" doesn't respond to emails. They have a "chat" feature on their site they do not respond to. They're an overpriced middle man that orders products off Amazon using your Acima financing. If you want the product sooner and avoid dealing with them then here's what to do. Order what you want on their site. Acima will provide you with a virtual debit card to pay them. Take the virtual card and go to Amazon. Buy your products from there. That way you will be provided shipping info and you will know when you will get it. Amazon also responds to customer service issues. These people are difficult if not impossible to work with.

Horrible customer service. Sent several messages to get assistance they won't respond. They have a chat on their website they don't answer. They lie about their trust pilot rating. It's a 2.9 their website says 4.6. it's impossible to get assistance. I ordered a home gym specifically because it said everything would arrive on the 14th. I now have half a gym with no weights, which haven't shipped even though they're supposed to arrive tomorrow. They're in stock with free 2 day shipping yet never shipped. Something seems a bit sketchy here. The most expensive item I bought they got my money and haven't shipped it. Order R864984623

This is a business selling Amazon products. They are an Amazon business associate. They are using credit platforms readily available with other merchants/ retailers and charging a fee (transaction fee) they identify the fee for the cost of providing the credit platform options. Be informed these items are from Amazon you can purchase them directly. There are several credit platforms that you can use directly. These is Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm and sometimes Amazon offers no fee 5 monthly payments. Abunda has terrible reviews, terrible customer service, and a platform and fee that is less than disclosed properly. Be an informed consumer.
