I have been reaching out to Abunda since June 6th regarding a missing panel on a gazebo I purchased in April. I ask, can I please get an update? I get back a message saying we will reach out in 24-48 hours and then nothing. We are still missing parts and can not complete the gazebo. We are missing one huge panel which is labeled X9, we are missing 6 Z parts which are slats to hold panel together and 9 M6x47 those are screws with nuts. We have spent 14 hours and 4 people putting the gazebo together only to have a huge panel missing piece. I'm not sure what to do at this point, I have been very nice and patient other than reaching out to the BBB or seeking legal advise.

I was finally contacted by Abunda after several emails and filing a case with the BBB and posted on Trustpilot. I did eventually receive my missing parts in late July, from my original April order but they were all dented!!!! When I reached out to Abunda with pictures about it, they said they could not help if the parts were dented in transit, but if I remove my negative Trustpilot review they would give me $100 off my $3000 purchase. Are you freaking kidding me, Abunda is bad news!

I ordered a camera that said it was going to be delivered on Thursday, but then switched to Sunday after I placed the order. I needed to have the camera by Thursday for a shoot the following day. I put a support ticket in and Cassie was able to expedite the shipping for me so it landed at my door on Thursday as originally stated. Cassie was very nice, and quick to handle my problem. Great service!

Was a little cautious at first, But once I got started my fears went away, this is not one of those companies that don’t live up to their promises, I made my purchase and after a week I received my product. And they give you so many options on purchases, Abunda has I life long customer with me and I recommend them highly.

Items were missing. I reached out to customer service and they took the steps to go above and beyond to make sure the issue got resolved.

Excellent customer service. They went a live and beyond in all ways. When they had an issue they quickly resolved with an alternate solution. I would keep doikg business with Abunda.

An accident happened and there is a piece missing from the manufacturer. Went out of their way and ordered me a part and had it to me in one day. They were amazingly empathetic, and the person that helped me guide me through the entire process with patience. Thank you so much I’m a customer for life!

I've checked out quite a few places online to get camera stuff, and most of them turned out to be scammers. Abunda is NOT one of those. I literally had my camera in just over 24 hours and it was perfect. Awesome!

I recently ordered a weighted blanket and love it! Very efficient with shipping and communication.

I bought a nice recliner from Abunda. After about 6 months I started having trouble with it. Worst problem was the motor stopped that makes the chair go up and down. I contacted Abunda not expecting much but their customer service department got right on it and reached out the to manufacturer. Bottom line, they sent me another brand new recliner at no cost. You just don't see this kind of support much any more but Abunda has it. Thanks.

I made a bad review about this company in a previous review which I went and deleted I didn't realize that abuda had nothing to do with the item that I have purchased and would like to appogized to everyone within the company Cassie has been doing the greatest in helping me resolve all my issues with the seller I really appreciate the time and dedication I received during the whole ordeal I would shop abunda and again and highly recommend them and their customer service thanks Cassie for all your help

Cassie and her team was amazing, I had financing issues and they took care of it and I’m getting the item I wanted! So excited and grateful.

I decided to use abunda because of the financing options. I was approved for a high amount from paytomorrow, so I wanted to get most of Christmas done with that. Now my billing and shipping is different, I thought nothing of it until I placed my order and it was being sent to my billing address (where I do not reside, it's one of my rental property addresses) with paytomorrow, you pay a fee before placing order so the card I used for that was for my rental address. Well paytomorrow plain sucks very generic website, customer service when calling is no help (if you can even understand them) they told me that abunda must change shipping but when we Try to update it on abunda it gets rejected by paytomorrow lol ahhh what a headache..so I email abunda, Cassie responded fast and said she will put in for shipping to my correct address..boom just like that it was shipped here..I am now on my second order and once again she changed it again for me and it's on its way. What a pain but Cassie and Abunda made it easier. Yes some things on there are higher but actually the things I recently bought are cheaper with Christmas discounts, I saves a lot! If you are like me and don't want to put out a ton of cash at once then this is perfect. Cassie and abunda go above and beyond for their customers..fantastic customer service and shipping was even faster than specified! I will be placing my third order in the next couple of days when I figure out the rest of my Christmas list. I appreciate everything and will be a lifelong customer! Joe

I am giving Abunda 5 stars; here’s why.

I recently started a business with creating apparel for non-collegiate Greek Letters Organizations and was in NEED of a way to make custom prints. I ordered an A3 DTF printer (at an affordable price) from Abunda. It was a bundle to include the printing software, ink, adhesive powder, and film. Shipping was absolutely terrific. I had a small hiccup, where I had to contact the Abunda Team for assistance on the delivery tracking number in which they solved this issue within a day by providing me with the correct and most up to date tracking number. I placed the order on 10/05, received it on 10/20. Upon checking out everything, I noticed that the bundle was missing the ink and adhesive powder, and the RIP software did not work. I reached out to the Abunda Team again for help. While very, very frustrated with the seller, I have to seriously say that the Abunda Team was absolutely amazing. Both Cassie and Kathan helped me with responding very promptly and professionally, kept me updated on what was happening as far as communication with the seller, and even offering me a refund for the missing supplies. I received my refund in a matter of minutes. I am very skeptical when it comes to ordering things from third party sellers as I have been scammed before in the past with no help from the sellers or representatives. But the Abunda Team just changed all of that! I would be more than willing to order through Abunda again. Thank you to the Abunda for helping me! I am most truly grateful.

A few months ago I had an issue with an order with abunda, the product in my package was damaged and ever since I contacted the customer service a very a kind lady named Cassie, helped me trough out the process and solve my problem quickly and in a positive way.
So if I was already happy buying with Abunda, the customer department especially Cassie made Abunda my first choice and you got a happy customer in me.

You guys are frauds. You get people's info just to deny. I hope my info has not been compromised.

So far I have not been impressed.I purchased a product that they stated would arrive within two days. shortly after the checkout process, I received confirmation of my order and receipt and then noticed the shipping information was changed for 6 days expected time til delivery. I attempted to reach out to support and received a confirmation of my email and stated I would hear back within 24 hours. however, that wasn't true either and I am still waiting to hear back from abunda.
