Hey everyone I don’t like talking bad about companies, but this is outrageous and unprofessional. I’ve been contacting them and asking them for help for almost 8 days now, just to get a shitting order number but they kept giving me the same
“Thank you for your patience! As soon as the tracking information is provided, I will send it to you.”. At first I thought they shipped it out immediately, but turns out they gave me someone else’s shipping order number and made it seem like my order was really shipped to me till I seen the UPS picture and it was not my scooter I had to send in proof that it wasn’t my item or even shipped to me at all and now every time I try to get a hold of him I get the same reply still. Please help me get in contact with someone that will actually help me thank you.

I finally got some real help and my item has been shipped out there seemed to be an error on posting the shipping part but I finally got it after 8 days

I recently had to return two items to Abunda—one that I no longer needed and another that I requested a refund for. The process was very straightforward. Their team was responsive and clear about the next steps.

They arranged for UPS to pick up one of the items, which saved me time, and also issued a refund for the other product as promised. I really appreciated how they handled everything quickly and professionally.

Overall, I’m impressed with their customer service and how easy they made the return process. Highly recommend Abunda if you’re looking for a hassle-free shopping experience!
