It is truly commendable to engage in business with an organization that exhibits exemplary customer service. This company surpassed my expectations in their support. Although they were not obligated to retain the serial numbers for the crossbow, they still provided me with sufficient information that I was able to relay to the manufacturer, Ravin. Without the details they supplied, I would not have been able to obtain the necessary serial number to file a police report.

This is my first time using this company and they have been wonderful to work with. Everything from finding products to filling out the credit application. I was skeptical to order from a company I had not ever ordered from before, but I went ahead after looking them up and they had an item I could not find anywhere else. They sent exactly the item I had ordered. I needed to contact customer service which had nothing to do with them, but they responded quickly and took care of the issue right away.
