If not for Abunda I could not have afforded to decorate my grandson’s bedroom. It was very important to me to setup a safe space for him of his own. Being autistic I wanted him to have a room that was specifically setup for his needs. This means he needed special lighting and items that help sooth him. Thanks to Abunda I was able to quickly decorate his room. I was able to make small payments to complete a room just for him. When a problem arose with one of the products I ordered Abunda’s customer service was quick and impeccable. I am extremely happy.

Abunda is great if you are looking to purchase Amazon items, and you want other payment options that Amazon them Selvies do not offer. They offer great customer support. I have bought two computers from them and will continue to do so if I need to other payment options that are not offered by Amazon.

Took about a good two weeks but thanks to Mary Lynne from Abunda, she made sure I received my MacBook. I just got it yesterday and I love every thing about it!

Item became back ordered and abunda reached out to me. My replacement was a bit more than the original item and i was willing to pay the difference. The associate told me to not worry and that they would cover the difference!

This site is awesome. I do not have great credit at all and I was able to lease a MacBook for nursing school. There are a lot of different payment plan options at Abunda's check out. They have PayPal, Affirm, AfterPay and two others that I never heard of before (Acima and PayTomorrow) I was approved for a high amount via Acima with horrible credit. The customer support was very nice and helpful. This is a great website to help people out. Very Thankful!

Prompt delivery. Excellent customer service. When I did have an issue, we were able to easily make an exchange of our unit - random malfunction - and the team at Abunda (especially Cassie) made the process easy and seamless. The communication from the team during the exchange process was 10/10. Highly recommend purchasing from here and we will do so again.

Customer service was amazing. I bought a TV stand, but the top had a dent. They sent me a new top so I wouldn't have to go through the trouble of taking it all apart and sending back, and they gave me 40 dollars!

I ordered a AMERLIFE 110" u- shape sectional in dark grey. The customer service team was quick to notify me that the orginal item was not available in that color and they gave me multiple options on how to move forward. I opted for the light grey version of the same sectional. The customer service agent was quick with responding and updating my order. I received my order within a week of purchase and in excellent condition upon arrival. He also took the time to follow-up with me regarding this purchase. I will definitely be shopping with Abunda again in the near future!

I've ordered through Acima for probably 7 or 8 years now. The more recent years Acima has worked with vendors that sell a very specific type of product (e.g. mattresses). Finding Abunda was a welcome change from those vendors. They have an incredibly wide selection of products, not limited to one genre, with an easy to use website. The best part: the price of the item changed on Amazon the day after my order. I reached out to Customer Service to see if they could do anything to match. Sure enough- they refunded the difference, so I paid the lowest price available. 5 Star experience and top notch customer service. I'll be back!

The customer service has been great. The finance charges are not exorbitant and you do get a chance to pay it off faster if you want to. I really can’t talk enough about how great the customer service has been.

Kathan was wonderful. She worked with me, until I was able to order the item I wanted. I've used them twice, and received my items fast and with no issues. They also work with different plans/companies to get you the payment plan your looking for.

This company is trash. I ordered a new bandsaw and got a returned broken one someone else had. Trying for over a week to get it resolved….. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
