The original appointment was cancelled at 20 minutes notice. The operator refused to give an explanation. This was not good enough.

Local firms took a lot of time to contact and ost said they could not/sould not fix my warming drawer - often becasue they could not reliably access parts. This service is reasonably priced and , if the unit is not fixable and needs replacing - offers a discount on the new item

Engineer explained everything. …
Engineer explained the dishwasher could not be fixed. Advised us how to go about ordering a new one. Had to remove and replace some very awkward kickboards. Dif so without a single moan. Nice man.

I was able to speak to a human on the phone who arranged for an engineer to call within a few days. The engineer was pleasant and efficient and quickly found the fault and sorted it.
