Amazing engineer
Kieran called a week early on the off chance I was home, to see if he needed to order a part for my washing machine for the next weeks' appointment. He fixed the issue so I didn't need to wait another week without a washing machine. Excellent!!! He was a STAR.

Quick and very efficient repair service.
The on line repair booking service was quick and easy to use. Just 2 small flaws. How many of us can remember the exact date we bought an appliance? And the section for inputting your address is odd, and resulted in an incorrect version of my address. But I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days, with a reasonable 5 hour window (which quickly reduced to 3 hours). The repairman was quick and efficient, and most impressively had the right part with him for a 14 year old oven.

An engineer was booked, turned up on time, and fixed the problem.
An engineer was booked, with a time scale of between 7-12. Messaged me day before saying would be between 7-8.30. Rang on the day saying would be with me in 15mins, and was. Very polite and friendly, and sorted my washing machine. Excellent service!!!!

Friendly, helpful, and keen to please. Work carried out professionally and to a high standard. Parts and labour were reasonably priced.
