Superb Service
It was around 2 hours from making the call that the washing machine had a problem to the engineer arriving. He fixed the problem in less than an hour, and there was no charge as the machine was under an extended warranty.

Excellent start to finish
Excellent start to finish. Diagnosed issue on first visit. We were kept well informed, efficient organisation of repair visits once part arrived. Professional, tidy and pleasant engineers. Very reasonable cost wise as only one call out fee. Brilliant service. And also great for the environment as another engineer (not Siemens) said we needed a new appliance (which turned out not to be the case, thanks to Siemens). Definitely recommend.

The engineer was polite and explained well. There was no problem with the mechanics of the washing machine. It just moved forward and this meant the door was not shutting properly. The engineer explained the reason for this and pushed the washing machine back.

Excellent service from start to finish. Everyone was helpful and we didn’t need to wait very long for an appointment. The person who fixed our washing machine was equipped with the correct parts, polite, friendly, helpful and very efficient.
