Prompt delivery , really impressed with how many settings there are on this machine . Really great value and great tasting coffee . Easy to empty drip tray and coffee waste . Love the milk frother setting as well .

The engineer checked when I would be around for him to call and arrived at the time he said he would. He was friendly and professional at all times. Listened to my description of the problem and checked the machine thoroughly before leaving. He also advised on some of the programmes that I was not aware/sure of.

The process to book an engineer was easy, the choice of dates for engineer was good and quick. The engineer was prompt, polite and explained the fault and the process to rectify it. He was very approachable and pleasant.

Coffee machine 1 week out of warranty. Siemens say it’s chargeable and there’s no conversation. Time to buy a non Siemens machine. I thought they were good. My mistake.
