I’m very happy with my experience with Silk’n. The device feels high quality and very easy to use at home. Shipping was smooth and everything arrived well packaged. So far I’m really enjoying the results and the overall experience with the brand.

Very disappointed with Silkn. AC adaptor stopped working after 6 months, have reached out to Silkn multiple times as product is still in warranty however received no reply. Do not recommend this product.

The unit doesn't work. I am waiting for a replacement.

I called customer service, left a message, and got a call back quickly. The agent was able to assess if I needed a new cartridge and told me she had some left that I could buy for my older, discontinued Flash and Go

Would be great if we recieved a confirmation purchase order right after purchase instead of "rate your experience". I did receive a confirmation once the order shipped but it had be suspecting it was a scam order.
Regardless of that, so far the mask has been great. Heard about this company via tiktok on reviews stating it's a great mask for someone starting their RLT mask journey. Just got thru the 1st week of treatment and I haven't had any bad experience this far. Overall 4/5 experience. 5/5 mask.

The company's customer service is outstanding!

Do not use this company. I received a faulty LED mask and it has been terrible trying to get a refund. After many videos to show the fault they eventually agreed to refund me but DPD has just gone to the wrong house (the correct number was given) I think they are trying to avoid refunding me. Also there is no number to call that isn't premium rate. Really do not buy from them.

Called customer service today because my device stopped working. Spoke with Jackie and she walked me through some troubleshooting. Couldn't get it running so she quickly offered me a exchange and shipping label. She even called back about a hour later to make sure that I got my email with the label attached. Jackie was very helpful and had a great personality! Don't get customer service like this very often these days, very impressed!

Love the cleaning but I wish the battery lasted longer.
