Quality control issues.

I love the silkn brand and their technical devices, however lately I have seen quality control issues. I got the silky air pro hair dryer, and the whole the device is promising there are issues with one of the magnetic attachments which does not fit exactly right. It is a bit warped. Also there is no way to change the temp unit from F to C although C is supported.

The products have potential but lack proper QA.

The company honors it's word. I filed a complaint and it was addressed and rectified immediately

I wasn’t sure if there was anything wrong with the Silk’n pro so I called them told them my concern, I was told to send it back to them and they took care of my concern and they sent it back to me with in a timely manner. Thank you

I bought the Silk’n IPL hair removal device and it’s rubbish. It’s difficult to get it to flash and so you end up pressing the button loads and then worry in case it did flash in your mad attempt at trying to get it to flash as you aren’t to go over the same area twice. Not easy to use and left me frustrated. I used to use the Lumea and I will be going back to Lumea. Wasted £350 on this rubbish product

Was disappointed when my hair styler broke after only 1 yr & little use, however, customer service was great. It was fortunately still under warranty. I sent them mine & very quickly received a new one. This new one has only 90 day warranty so I hope to have better luck with this one. Was happy to have received it so fast, within a few days.

Answered quickly and easily replaced my faulty LED face mask. Much appreciated!

Very quick to respond to my no charge on my electic toothbrush.

Worst service they delivered wrong product and while trying to reach no Response fake site and they loot money from customers and won't respond.

I replaced my first Silkn hair removal device with model H3104. It does not work well on the upper lip or chin because it requires a “seal” that eliminates all light which is virtually impossible to achieve. I spend more time “resetting” the device than actually using it. Unfortunately, this device does not suit my needs.
