Excellent service from Silver Mushroom. Delivery arrived on time with excellent packing. The range of products they sell is very good and at reasonable prices.

Item arrived well packed and undamaged so well pleased.

I recently bought a set of Mason Cash mixing bowls from Silver Mushroom, my first experience buying from this company.
Delivery was very quick, which I was delighted by, unfortunately one of the bowls was smashed in transit.
I contacted customer services and spoke with a lovely lady called Patrycja who organised a replacement for me on the spot. This arrived less than 48 hours later.
I cannot stress enough how impressed I was with my experience of Silver Mushroom.

Gorgeous little cake plates arrived today. Very speedy delivery and extremely well wrapped so no chance of being damaged in transit.

I purchased the blue bobble bowl and was so disappointed with it . It was hollow and very cheap looking . I was expecting it to be pottery . Would of cost to much to return it . I emailed customer services but had no response .dissapointed

Lovely company with gorgeous products. My go to website for keeping my home cosy and stylish.

Have ordered and received lovely things from this company before however have been waiting for an item I bought and no response from customer service after I’ve enquired as to where it is. Think it’s a small company which is fine and I’d rather support a smaller company but frustrating delivery is so slow and no response to my email.

SM are correct and I have been happy to wait. Until this last week… when emails were fobbed off with a promise of a follow up… but no follow up.

Also please note, mocking a customer and their review. Shame really Silver Mushroom because until now, your responses to others had been perfectly professional. Bottom of the barrel unprofessional response!

I can’t really review an order I never received, but seeing as Silver Mushroom sent me a very cheery “Thanks for your Order” and please review us email, despite telling me my item is out of stock, that they don’t know when they will have stock, ad Infinitum, I will indeed review.

When the lead time advertised came and went, I emailed and received a fast reply informing me my item was out of stock and they were awaiting stock from the supplier. More weeks, I contacted again… same reply. More weeks, this time rather frustrated as the item is still advertised with the same lead time, I contacted again. All chasing up is up to me… SM seem to forget they haven’t given you the goods you paid for once your money is in their bank.

When I queried this I was told their site had it advertised as out if stock. Such a pointless lie when I can see it is not.

I wait on… the company is cheaper.

But also beware if you are thinking of placing an order …. They have recently just narrowly avoided being struck off by Companies House.

Lovely product only criticism is it took a long time to arrive. Customer service were excellent and kept me informed and applied an extra discount for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately it’s increasingly rare to find a company on line like this one, selling tasteful high quality products and providing customer service deserving of the description. I’m talking *real people*, not a bot in sight. People who read what you say and respond in a way that makes you want to buy from them more often. Eg I raised an order error today, which was entirely my fault, and within the hour it was fixed & the charge I expected to pay was waived. Perfection.

Eventually sourced a wicker coffee table to complete a room redecoration at a good price and with delivery to NI! Took advantage of free delivery after Christmas and product arrived as pictured on, and in good time. Very pleased with service from this company and would certainly recommend!

I bought a set of mixing bowls as an xmas present. Months after buying them, they were finally opened and unpacked to reveal a flaw in the glaze on one of them. Customer service are shipping a new one to me within a couple of hours of me reporting it via their website. Great service.

I ordered a Sabatier Knife Block and I do like my new knives.
The price was great on Silver Mushroom.
I would have given 5 stars but my delivery took a long time to arrive.
I didn’t get any feedback from them and I had to ring up to enquire and then they emailed to say my order was on Back Order! A bit disappointing.
