I loved how fast my package came
I loved how fast my package came. Love the hoodie.The only issue with the hoodie was that it shed some loose fibers. When I wore a shirt underneath and took it off, my shirt was covered in small red fabric bits, but aside from that I was very satisfied.

As our hoodies are produced with a soft-brushed lining, you may find excess fabric can transfer to item worn underneath. However this will reduce once the item has been washed via the care label instructions.

Always good quality, a lot of my clothes are from here, delivery can be hit and miss, and they reply to emails here and there but otherwise a good company

I ordered a bag and !EMBRARASSİNG!
I ordered a bag, but they wrote my surname incorrectly, so the package couldn’t be delivered and had to be returned. Since the bag was a gift, this caused an extra delay of several days. After waiting 20 days, when I tried to place the order again, they told me the item was out of stock and would not be restocked. I couldn’t get my bag back, and I also didn’t receive a refund for a very long time. It was a terrible experience overall. I absolutely do not recommend this brand — very unprofessional and embarrassing service.

From looking into this further, we can see the courier was unable to deliver your order due an error with the name entered during checkout. - Please note that we do always recommend that you ensure all details are correct prior to placing the order to ensure no issues occur with the delivery.
We can see a member of our Tea issued a refund to you as soon as the courier advised a return to sender had been actioned. - Please note that it was advised we are unable to have the order shipped back out to you as it can sometimes take 2 months for the original order to be returned by the international courier.
A member of our Community Care Team also provided you with a discount code to apologise for any inconvenience caused by the situation, however you feedback will be taken on board.
We hope next time you shop with us we can turn your experience back around.

Great customer service
The quality of the clothing was great, but I had to return due to sizing. I'd had some technical issues on my end with the return but Millie helped me resolve the issue and treated my query as an individual, rather than a blanket, generic approach.

Really love this bag and was very happy…
Really love this bag and was very happy with it at first. Unfortunately, after 2 weeks of careful use, the crossbody strap snapped and the main zip has also come away from the bag.
I was careful not to overfill it, so I was a little disappointed these issues developed so quickly. The tassel also unraveled, although that is something I can likely secure myself.
As I genuinely love the bag and would like to continue using it, I would really appreciate either a repair or replacement if possible.
Overall it is a lovely bag, but based on my experience I would probably recommend it more for lighter use.

My parcel got lost
My parcel got lost, it was then found at a later date, but I told sisters&seekers and they straight away sent me a replacement as soon as I found out it was lost. They were super helpful and accommodating to me. Millie was so lovely on the support team, amazing service and such nice emails. Willing to help and spoke to me like a real person not sent to an AI bot or a chat bot, just real service and I feel like she was relatable to me and apologetic and understanding. Couldn’t recommend enough. Not to mention their clothes are amazing quality and one of the only brands that fits my leg length as a tall gal! Will always be shopping with them
