Ich wollte eigentlich nur das Casino ausprobieren, hab mich neu registriert wegen dem Bonus ohne Einzahlung. Hab alles ehrlich umgesetzt, sogar die Bedingungen genau beachtet. Kaum hab ich die Auszahlung beantragt, wurde mein Konto einfach deaktiviert – ohne jede Erklärung, ohne Warnung, einfach weg. Seitdem ist Funkstille. Der Support reagiert weder auf Mails noch auf Nachrichten über den Livechat.
Ganz ehrlich, sowas ist einfach nur unseriös. Wenn man sich die Seite mal genau anschaut, taucht da ständig der Name RetroBet auf – und wer das googelt, sieht schnell: Aufbau und Design sind fast identisch. Für mich sieht das ganz klar nach einer dubiosen Casinokette aus, die Spieler mit Bonusangeboten anlockt und dann einfach sperrt, sobald man was gewinnt.
Ich bin echt enttäuscht und wütend. Nach meiner Erfahrung kann ich nur sagen: Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Spart euch das Geld und den Ärger – bei Slotmafia gewinnt am Ende nur das Casino selbst.

Finger weg – absolut unseriöses Casino!
Ich habe mich bei Slotmafia neu registriert und einen Bonus ohne Einzahlung genutzt. Nachdem ich die Bonusbedingungen erfolgreich umgesetzt und eine Auszahlung beantragt hatte, wurde mein Konto plötzlich deaktiviert – ohne jegliche Erklärung. Seitdem ist der Support nicht mehr erreichbar, egal wie oft ich mich melde.
Dieses Verhalten wirkt für mich äußerst unseriös und riecht stark nach Abzocke. Ein seriöses Online-Casino würde transparent kommunizieren und berechtigte Gewinne auch auszahlen.
Ich kann Slotmafia Casino absolut nicht empfehlen. Wer hier Geld einzahlt, sollte sich bewusst sein, dass er es vermutlich nie wieder sieht. Spart euch den Ärger und sucht euch lieber ein lizenziertes und vertrauenswürdiges Casino!
Update vom 30.10.2025:
Heute habe ich endlich, nach 6 versandte Emails, eine kurze Antwort erhalten, angeblich hätte ich gegen die AGBs verstoßen und somit wurden alle Gewinne beschlagnahmt.
Die Geschichte kommt mir sehr bekannt vor, ist eine übliche Masche und kenne diese von anderen Anbietern, welche von der Homepage her identisch aufgebaut sind.
Update vom 02.11.2025:
Da bisher erneut 5 Emails ohne Antwort vergangen sind habe ich mich erneut an den Support als auch an der Spielaufsichtsbehörde CGA gewandt.
Update vom 03.11.2025:
Wie erwartet, immer noch keinerlei Antwort. Des Weiteren habe ich den Betreiber vom Hoster, welche die Domain als auch die Homepage hostet, über den Fall in Kenntnis gesetzt. Auch habe ich die Spieleanbieter wie PlayNGo, Gamomat, Pragmatic Play etc. über die Situation und unfaire Bedingungen hingewiesen.
Update vom 04.11.2025:
Nach wie vor schweigt Slotmafia zu diesem Fall, auch von diversen Spieleanbieter kam noch kein Statement zu der Situation. Mittlerweile habe ich die nächste Eskalationsstufe eingeleitet.
Update vom 10.11.2025:
Nach wie vor schweigt Slotmafia zu der Situation und lässt meine Emails weiterhin unbeantwortet.
Jedoch kamen mittlerweile Antworten von diversen Spieleanbieter wie Gamomat, Novoline usw. welche ich über die Situation in Kenntnis gesetzt habe und ich Zitiere:
"Wir sind weder Anbieter des von Ihnen beschriebenen Angebotes, noch stehen wir mit dem Anbieter in irgendeiner geschäftlichen Beziehung."
Das heißt dass Slotmafia die Spiele ohne gültige Lizenzen betreibt und somit Manipulationen nicht auszuschließen sind. Das macht dann jetzt auch Sinn dass mein Konto gesperrt wurde da wohlmöglich ein Gewinn so nicht stattfinden hätte sollen sowie sich das ganze Blatt jetzt gewendet hat und Slotmafia sich dazu nicht äußert.
Leute, lasst DEFINITIV die Finger von Slotmafia und spielt lieber auf seriösen und Deutsch-lizenzierten Casinos wie Slotmagie, LoewenPlay, Novoline, Wunderino etc.
Wer hier oder bei den Partner-Casinos, welche von Stable Tech N.V., Dama N.V. oder Wiraon B.V. betrieben wird, einzahlt und seine Zeit verschwendet ist selbst Schuld. Darunter gehören u.A. folgende Casinos:
N1bet, King Billy, Slotmafia, Slotoro, Luckywins etc. (weitere Casinos update ich nach- und nach sobald ich diese auffündig gemacht habe um andere Spielern zu warnen.)
