A Professional Service received
I called Smart Pensions today and spoke to Joanne.
I had a number of query's and some tasks that needed to be sorted out. Joanne was most helpful and professional in dealing with the issues, she sorted everything out for me. She was so pleasant and displayed a lot of patience in order to rectify the situation. A very professional lady who knew and carried out her role with respect for the customers.
Excellent company with excellent customer support they don't rush or make you feel silly, they simply prove the most professional service all with a smile.
I was having trouble uploading my latest contribution, Sharon was absolutely brilliant helping me resolve the issue I was having all with a smiles and patients
Pension contributions processing for 2 months
My pension contributions have been “processing” since March, which means someone is probably earning interest or gains on them, just not me.
I used their unnecessarily long Typeform to ask why this is still the case and haven't received a reply. I then had to enable cookies just to access their live chat, which isn’t actually live chat. It simply told me to use the contact form again.
I’ve had to deal with Smart Pension before at a previous employer and was glad to leave it behind. It’s clearly a cheap option for employers, but a poor one for employees. I still have no idea why my contributions have been stuck processing for 2 months.

Cyclical Re-enrolment - no problem if you ask a human being!
Cyclical Re-enrolment, because it only happens every 3 years, is a nightmare. Anna helped navigate through and update where necessary, employee records and the relevant papdis file to make the information format work and get everything ready.
