Easy to book. Good choice

Just booked my fourth ski trip with Snowtrex. Always great value and excellent customer service.

SnowTrex are a superb company. We use them last year and they did not fail to deliver. They are cheaper than most, come with superb insurance, and great customer service…use them!

Very easy to find fantastic skiing holidays but unfortunately some of information regarding amounts of ski pistes not accurate which could be misleading. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars not 5. We have been in April 2022 on skiing holidays with Snowtrex and it was great. So we booked again with Snowtrex a different ski area this year and we hope we will have similar experience.

We’ve used Snowtrex for a number of years now and have always found them to be very competitive and really responsive and helpful. Can’t fault them at all!

All good so far this time round and we have previously used you on another 6 occasions and have no problems.

Lots of choice of resorts and the price is Fab considering the lift pass is included. Another added bonus was during the booking process there was an option to get the skis, poles and boots and the price was about £40-£50 less than the hire shop!! I’ve used snowtrex before and I’ll continue to do so. I think by the time we hired the car and got the flights we saved about £250 on brochure price and as the prices seem to be going up it’s a welcome saving

Previously used snowtrex and had no issue, now must be under new management or struggling as they have become a scam operation.

Completely missold us a ski package for thousands of pounds.

Advertised as ski in, ski out with distance to lift 0-50m. Was actually hundreds of meters from the nearest point on the piste.

Room did not have the facilities advertised and was in a dangerous state of repair with live wires exposed in multiple areas.

Most of the advertised ski area was closed for the entire trip with only 1 or 2 short blue runs for a group of advanced skiiers.

Lots of extra fees and charges upon arrival for things like bed sheets or towels.

Charging fees to use a debit or credit card to pay on their website despite this being an illegal practice (as per Payment Services Directive (PSD2) of european law).

The list goes on and on, holiday from hell and we were all counting down the day to be able to go home.

Wrote to snowtrex to complain multiple times and the reply was that they are under no legal obligation to do anything to fix it, continue to falsely advertise this package on their website and their compensation was £15 off our next booking.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.

3rd time booking with snow trex. Really happy. Good value for money and booking system and service is great.

Very competitive prices and good communication regarding bookings.

Used them for years, always been good, on the rare occasion when we've needed to contact them they've been super helpful, can't fault them. Recommended.

This will be our 7th booking with SnowTrek and definitely recommend it, great price and location for our annual skiing holiday.
