Kristine was absolutely wonderful. I had the laundry closet insert tear and when she said that they didn’t have any of them left in stock, she replaced the whole suitcase. I can’t recommend this product enough and their customer service is fantastic. Kristine answered me back after business hours and on a weekend. Wonderful all around.

I purchased the wrong size suitcases weeks ago. After WEEKS of trying to return them via email, I finally got a hold of Red today. He was an absolute life saver! At this point, I was beyond frustrated! Red listened to my concerns and immediately offered to handle the whole problem.
While I was trying to do return. the system required me to purchase the new cases. Red offered to cancel that purchase for me and then carried on with the return request. He sent both of the labels for the return to me and also ordered my replacement cases.

I have worked in customer service for pretty much my whole career and so often, most customer service people don’t want to help anybody!! It was so refreshing to get Red on the line, who was happy to help me! After weeks of not being assisted by anyone, and not having a very good impression of Solgaard, Red turned that all around for me today, warrenting my 5 star rating!

We purchased 3 suitcases over the past two years. First two small, based on being able to hang your packed cloths it it's closet holder , that is impossible to use.
We bought the larger carrier so the set would match. In the past 2 years they look like 10 yrs old. The corner brackets are all dented and one corner is cracked. I would NOT recomend based on this price point !

I’m very pleased with the customer support from Solgaard. I had difficulty with the retractable handle. Redenthur, my customer service representative, worked with me to promptly resolve the issue.

The first thing about Solgaard is they are incredibly responsive. Within minutes they reached out to me. You do not see that in corporate today. Secondly, I had a suitcase that had a malfunction in one of the wheels in which the entire wheel came completely off the body of the suitcase. How and why I haven't a clue but it appeared to be a fluke in the body material because it was a clean cut and I did not even notice it was gone until it was gone. Cannot explain it but Solgaard true to their product and reputation is replacing my suitcase which I use almost every week and certainly every other week in the US and Canada. They are a class organization and although I had a very unusual situation, they backed their product and replaced it. Again, staying in constant contact with me via Kristine who was not only very kind but again, responsive. I will never use another brand of suitcase! Larry S / Houston, TX

After about 5 years, I had a piece of the plastic on the outer shell break off from normal wear and tear. I received the carry-on suitcase as a gift, but customer service was easy to work with for a replacement! Within minutes of reaching out, they asked for a photo of the damage and my shipping address, then submitted the replacement same-day. Highly recommend.

Solgaard was exceptional in replacing a damaging suitcase. I highly recommend this brand over Nobl. The construction is sturdy and if you have any problems, they respond. Highly recommend them for your next purchase!

I bought a Check-In Closet Original Large and put it through three big trips: Korea in November, Italy in April, Hawaii most recently. The wheels started struggling in Korea, got worse in Italy, and by Hawaii I was dragging the bag through the terminal. Not the look I was going for.
Here's why I'm writing five stars anyway.
I reached out to Solgaard support with photos, video, and my order number. Maning responded within minutes, asked for the batch number, confirmed my address, and offered a replacement. My original color (Ibiza Jade) was out of stock, but Granada Green is honestly a sharper choice. The replacement was processed and on its way before the day was out.
Anyone can sell a suitcase. The real test is what happens when one breaks. Solgaard's team treated this like it mattered, kept every message warm and clear, and never made me chase them for anything.
I run a customer-facing business myself, air purifiers, so I know how hard this is to do consistently. These folks do it right.

I bought 2 Archive Trunks and we took both on a European vacation about a month later. The trunks were checked luggage on our flights. One of the trunks sustained a crack in the corner of the hard shell.
I contacted Solgaard via email upon our return and explained the issue. I was contacted within hours with a kind and understanding response and instructions on what they needed in order to honor the warranty. I sent that (photo of damage, my address etc...).
Within 24 hrs, my replacement trunk is on its way!
I'm seriously impressed with the speed of this resolution and highly recommend Solgaard. We ordered a carry on as well and we love the quality and ease of use of all the products. Great looking ! Great customer service--(always friendly, respectful and professional). Great everything!

They truly stand by their products. If there is a problem they just make it right just as they state. No back and forth trying to fight for the agreement they really want you to feel secure in the product you purchased! Is the luggage a little expensive? Yes, but the extra cost is for good customer service, a top notch warranty and supporting a sustainability conscious company. 10/10

Great product and great customer service! I have had the carry-on large for about a year now and loved it so much I purchased the venture backpack recently. I unfortunately had an issue with the backpack but reached out to the Solgaard team and they responded within 12 hours to fix my problem. I am loyal to Solgaard and will be purchasing the check-in bag at some point! Also, if you see this Solgaard, consider making golf travel bags!

I have my Solgaard carry-on closet for some time now and the wheels decided to lose their coating for some reason. Reached out to support and they immediately helped remedy my situation by sending a replacement. That is customer service which is lost by a majority of companies these days. Solgaard stands behind their product so for that alone I would highly recommend this brand.

I bought my Solgaard carryon suitcase just over 2 years ago and have loved it ever since. I travel several times a year with the carryon. This past weekend, while traveling, the back of the suitcase cracked where I pull the handle up. I contacted customer service and they reached out within hours and by the following day, they sent me a replacement with no charge. I was so surprised by their fast response and willingness to replace it even after more than 2 years. Thank you Solgaard! You have a faithful customer now!

Great suitcase! I've had my Solgaard since 2021 and it's been my favorite. The corner cracked and I contacted customer service, it's covered by the lifetime warranty. It's being replaced, I couldn't be more satisfied by the way the stand by their product.

My suitcase had an issue, and Jess was able to resolve the issue and send a new bag out the next day. Customer service is wonderful!

Love my Solgaard check in closet. I got in June 2021. I have flown a lot with this bag and the shell just cracked 5 years later. Still works perfectly otherwise. Solgaard is honoring their warranty and sending me a brand new one. Great customer service. great product.
