Solgaard goes above and beyond to help their customers. You get what you spend in this product. The airline broke off my lock and they were able to look up my order and are sending me a whole brand new suitcase! I appreciate their prompt responses back and forth with me to resolve the issue, and I will continue to support this brand and their products!

Great bag and customer service
I researched Solgaard for few years and finally decided to purchase the check-in closet and carry-on closet. I recently was able to travel internationally and used my check-in closet for a two week trip to Europe. The bag is very sturdy and felt of good quality when I received it. I was a bit undecided on how to pack the closet, but quickly figured it out. Having the closet was really great as we moved to different accommodation every two nights. Nice to just hang it and go. However, on that trip I had a few issues with the wheel and closet system. When I returned home, I contacted customer support and Armely replied quickly with resolution and my replacement parts were immediately ordered with several follow up messages assuring me things were in process. This is a testament to how companies respond when things don't go 100% as planned. Things happen, and will continue to happen. It's how the "things" get resolved that speaks of the company and the people there making it happen.

Quick and generous customer service
After three years of regular travel and use, my Solgaard suitcase inexplicably split at one of the reinforced corners. Their customer service rep Armely was incredibly prompt, and they replaced the suitcase right away. Given their environmental commitment and quick response, and overall functionality, I highly recommend Solgaard.

Absolutely the best
The Check in Closet it the best suit case I have ever purchased. Recently the airline managed to damage it so the lock latches would not work. I contacted Solgaard and they replaced the suitcase free of charge after I sent photos and explained what happened! Customer service was amazing! A real warranty!

Best Carry-On
I have the smallest carry-on that has been used for several 10+ day trips. The makeshift closet has saved me on hiking trips, where I move ~daily between hotels. Absolutely LOVE this suitcase. When I had an issue with an exterior crack, customer service was very responsive to my needs and replaced the carry-on. Solgaard stands behind their products, with a very effective customer service team. Armely was prompt and clear with the initial and subsequent communications. I have and will continue to recommend their products.

Bought my 4th piece of luggage from…
Bought my 4th piece of luggage from Solgaard in December 2025. Used it in April of 2026. When it came down the conveyor built it looked as if the plane tried to eat it! I made a call to customer service in attempt to get it fixed. Armely asked me to send photos so I did. Next thing I know I’m getting a new large check in to replace my half eaten one. Can’t remember the last time I had such great customer service, seriously. Thank you Armely for your patience and professionalism.

I initially bought a bag for my fiance…
I initially bought a bag for my fiance for Christmas and just within a month of using the bag, the strap started coming undone. So I immediately emailed the company because it’s too expensive for that to happen lol…and they emailed me back right away and gave me a few options. Within 24 hours a new bag was shipped to me. Jess was FANTASTIC and we will order from sologuard again !

Solgaard’s products and customer service are fantastic!
I have really loved Solgaard’s products, as well as their customer service! They are very responsive and really make sure that the problem is being solved properly. Armely from the support team has been great to work with regarding a wheel replacement for my bag. He was quick to respond and provided me with everything I was looking for! Their warranty isn’t just a sales gimmick, it’s very helpful and they stand by it! I’d absolutely recommend Solgaard!

These reviews are fake. Its all a scam. They want you to believe that their good reviews means they can be trusted they can't. Horrible service. Never followed through with what they promised. They will probably flood this with more 5* reviews to push it down. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING!!!!!

Customer Service Non Existent
Ordered a bag and a luggage suitcase—- suitcase arrived but the venture bag did not. Contacted customer service over 5 times, each time they politely told me nothing and gave me empty platitudes. Nothing came! The customer service is truly unbelievably bad. And now I’m getting emails to invest in the company? They must be putting reviews on this site themselves. This customer service is some of the worst imaginable.

Trustworthy, gracious, FAST
I had a few bags break, life happens, but I trust this product! More importantly, this team is where the trust comes in! I have never had any issues with customer service. They are quick to respond, don't make me feel like the bad guy, and are gracious! In today's world, I will stand by people like this 100%.

Innovative Design; Bad Service
I really wanted to like Solgaard, but unfortunately my experience was incredibly disappointing. I placed an order on 03/13 for a Carry-On Closet Original and a Venture Backpack. The Carry-On Closet arrived within about 10 days, which was great, but the Venture Backpack never showed up.
On 04/08, I contacted customer service to ask why the backpack still had not shipped. I was then informed that the black color I originally ordered was out of stock and was offered the option to switch to blue instead. It was frustrating that I had to reach out first rather than being proactively notified, but I agreed to the color change. I was told a replacement order would be expedited and shipped on 04/09.
By 05/10, I still had not received any updated tracking information or meaningful updates. While the customer service representatives were polite, they ultimately were not helpful in resolving the issue. After nearly two months of waiting, I finally requested a refund on 05/11.
Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating and difficult to deal with. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from Solgaard again.
As with anything, highly recommend you check the 1 and 2 star reviews. I believe they may be spamming fake reviews— the customer service was unbelievably poor. If you want to be vexed and frustrated, purchase from Solgaard; if you’d rather great experiences, find an alternative.

Exceptional customer service
I have the large original Solgaard carry-on suit case and love it since I bought it 5 years ago. Recently I contacted customer service after a break in the shell. I had an answer within 5 minutes saying they would warranty the product and send me a replacement. Wow!
The suitcase itself has great functionality and flexibility. I highly recommend this company and its products!

I am a big fan of Solgaard. I purchased the Large Check-In suitcase in January 2023. Recently I starting have a difficult time with the interior clasp as well as noticed a crack starting in the upper corner of the exterior of the suitcase. Solgaard prides themselves on a Lifetime Warranty and truly backing their product. I witnessed that first hand. I sent them an email stating the issues along with a few photos and I promptly recieved a reply and the shipping confirmation for my new replacement suitcase. Yes, I owned it for 3 years, but again this company proved they really do stand behind their Warranty. I will remain a big fan of a company that takes care of the customer and stands behind their product!
