Prompt and helpful
I had difficulty using a gift card and emailed.
Charlie sent me another code and that solved the problem. Very prompt and helpful service. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Sosandar to friends.

Excellent customer service
I needed to return two items and replace them with the short version but as they don’t directly swap, you need to get a refund and then generate a new order. This meant I would lose the 20% discount. I called and spoke to Annie who said she would honour the discounted price by taking the order over the phone. Excellent customer service.

I spoke with Faye on email regarding a…
I spoke with Faye on email regarding a missing item from the order I had just received, although the email said they would respond within 48hrs, I had an email from Faye in less than an hour informing me that she had taken ownership of my issue and she had dealt with it promptly. Faye had already arranged for me to have a replacement on next day delivery which is amazing. I would just like to say a big thank you to Faye, I worked in customer service for over 40years and prided myself on my skills at putting the customer first whilst being mindful of company rules and I can see that Faye has very similar work ethics to me, well done Faye and well done Sosander for great staff.

Faulty Jacket replaced with no fuss
I recently had to return a jacket to Sosandar as the dye had run during washing. This is very unusual for their products. I dealt with a lovely lady named Sofia who arranged for the faulty jacket to be sent back to Sosandar and now a replacement is on its way out to me. Fabulous customer service from Sofia!

I called Customer Service re a refund issue and Faye could not have been more helpful. Polite, understanding with a good grasp of the issue and fast to solve.
The level of service received from Sosander is always great because it is easy to get to actually speak to an adviser!

So, I ordered a few items as I have my nieces wedding coming up. I ended up keeping a dress for the day & jumpsuit for the evening. I was packing some of my things, getting my clothes together when I noticed the jumpsuit material had at least 2 flaws where the sparkly stitching was coming loose and I’ve not even worn it yet. Panicking I got in touch on their web chat with ‘Annie’. She sent apologies and sent if I sent it back, as soon as it was scanned, they would send me a replacement and it’s arrived the next morning. That’s service. I am a bit dubious about having another of the same, in case it happens again but if it does, sadly I will send it back. It’s a shame as it’s a lovely jumpsuit and I feel nice in it. The other items I ordered seemed such good quality too so it’s really disappointing. But Annie you’re a star, thank you for getting the replacement out to me so quickly

Good customer service
I spoke to Faye on customer service as a return item was showing as still out for delivery 10 days after posting. Faye was very efficient and contacted the delivery service and made the credit to my bank account for the returned item.
I previously spoke to another lady on the customer service team about another item and she was also very helpful.

My order wouldn’t go through as it was nearly midnight on Sunday when 20% discount was about to finish. I got in touch and Annie got back to me really quickly and gave me another code so that I could receive my 20% discount. It worked instantly and my order is on its way . Excellent service. Will definitely use them again.

Amazing Service from Faye!
I have been a customer of Sosandar for many years and always loved their products and service.
Most recently I ordered a pair of shoes that went missing after delivery. I need not have worried as Faye who I spoke with was absolutely amazing at putting my mind at rest and guiding me on next steps.
What could have been made a stressful experience was quite the opposite. Faye was fantastic and we need more of her in this world!

I was chasing a refund
I was chasing a refund. To be fair, I have ordered lot from Sosandar and often return things ( as I buy in 2 lengths/ sizes) and this is the first time I have ever had a delay in receiving a refund.
I chased it today and Sofia responded extremely quickly confirming that my refund was being processed. So I am very happy with the prompt and efficient service I received.
