Spinney Northampton, great posative experience
Spinney Northampton were absolutely brilliant, especially the hand over when we collected our new caravan.
Dave went through absolutely everything with us and was very thorough. He was outstanding.
All the other staff we dealt with were good too. Very friendly group of people from sales to cafe and the ladies making the vans look as good as possible. Would definitely recommend them.

Spinney Warwickshire
The whole experience/process from browsing to purchasing was exceptional. The whole team are very friendly, very professional people, and go that extra mile to make you feel valued. It's not a hard sale here, you're able to browse at your leisure and find a staff member when you're ready.
This isn't our first purchase from this branch, and as always , there were many quality caravans available. They also have motorhomes for sale too.
Alan was our salesman, Jane did all the admin and Gary showed us around our caravan before we took it home. Totally professional from start to finish.

Brilliant customer service again
We bought our caravan new a few weeks ago. We went away in it and discovered a fault on the Tuesday after the Bank Holiday. It was urgent since we were due to go away again. We were able to take it back in the next day, greeted warmly by the fabulous Sue and introduced to Daryl who swiftly fixed the problem whilst we enjoyed a lovely lunch in their cafe. We also chatted to Rob in the shop and James who we dealt with when we bought it. Dave and Daryl helped us hitch up and we were away. Sometimes occasionally things do go wrong but it's how it's dealt with that matter, thank you Spinney for your friendly professional help, much appreciated

Five Star Service - Highly Recommend!
As first time Caravan owners, we visited Spinney in Staffordshire to look at a specific caravan we'd seen online. From the moment we walked in through the doors we were met by friendly and attentive staff who never made us feel like any of our questions were stupid or unnecessary.
Barry who was our Salesperson was knowledgeable and so helpful with anything we asked and helped us through the process entirely helping us with insurance referrals and recommendations on what to expect for first time owners. Tony who did our handover was amazing - the show/tell aspect and getting us to demonstrate we understood what he'd shown us really gave us peace of mind.
We have to say that the no pressure attitude and service we received was incredible - we'd visited many other sales showrooms where as first time owners were sold the hard pitch of you'd need X, Y and Z but actually when talking to any of the staff they would make recommendations to go and try first before deciding what we did/didn't want or need as extras - which is extremely refreshing!
We will be recommending Spinney Staffordshire to anyone who asks!

Excellent experience selling my campervan through Spinney. Rob looked after me from the intitial contact right through to the collection at home including settling the outstanding finance. We sold our van to Spinney
We sold our van to Spinney and they were a pleasure to work with. Honest, transparent, efficient and good fun. Ian ‘the driver’ got up at silly o’clock to collect the van. He’s a superstar. I could’ve talked to him all day. ‘Salt of the earth’ special fella.
We will use Spinney for all our future Motorhome purchases. Highly recommend.

Excellent Customer Service
A regular customer for 6 years continued with the recent purchase of a new motorhome. Always receive a very friendly and professional reception from everyone at the branch. The new motorhome required a couple of dealer-fit options and other sub-contract work which was all completed on time to the usual excellent standard.

From start to finish the care we received from spinney was excellent, nothing was too much bother, we were given plenty time to swap over our belongings from one motorhome to our new one. Brilliant service from start to finish. From the very first day we visited, we were given plenty of time to look around without any pressure. We even came back a second time, and the team were just as helpful—answering all our questions with patience and clarity.

Smooth purchase from start to finish. Good communication and on collection day all went smoothly. Mark did the handover and was fab. Neil showed us over the operations of the new MH and again was fab. Very well explained and no issues. Smooth transaction from start to finish.
