Review would be a lot worse if not for Michael. Been waiting on WiFi for weeks but he got it ordered the next day after a 15 min phone call. By all means he’s got a 5* review from me.

I’ve been a customer with split the bills for 3 years now. It has always been great without any issues. Today I needed help sorting out some WiFi problems and Gemma was brilliant on the phone, fantastic service!!!!

Excellent customer service received from Michael today, able to provide a clear understanding regarding the email sent to me about a missing payment. Giving a clear insight into the reasoning for the payment.
Excellent communication skills and approaches his job with joyful approach which is excellent what all customers deserve to experience this Christmas season.

This company does not pay for your bills we recieved a letter from British Gas of an unpaid bill of £210.91. We contacted split the bills on the phone just for them to give an automated response and you can never actually get to them on the phone. We then tried to email them and they asked for the details which we gave and they said they will sort it out and if we don’t hear back from them then they will have paid the bills. A week later we get another letter from British Gas of the bills and now they’re charging £13 extra on top and they’re threatening to add another £31 and getting debt collectors involved. So split the bills are going to completely ruin my credit I would not use this service at all! I read the recent reviews and other people are having the exact same problem. We pay the money on time to split the bills every time so I don’t understand why they’re doing this it’s unacceptable.

Awful awful service. Never use if you want your bills to actually be paid. I have received multiple letters from British Gas telling me about an outstanding amount that needs to paid, and each time I send an image to them and complain that they aren't doing their sole purpose, I get told that the issue will be sorted shortly. Well it's now reached the point that British Gas have added extra charges onto the outstanding amount and are threatening to contact their debt collection services and warnings about my credit score being hampered by this. Definitely "shared bills, made easy" thanks guys!

Split The Bill is an absolute unorganised mess of a company. I've been highly disappointed with their services, I was told that all energy, gas and water suppliers were contacted directly by the company after receiving a billing letter from them. After a couple of weeks, I received another letter from Thames Water asking why we haven't paid. When I contacted them to explain the situation, they told me no payments have been made and no one from STB has contacted them. I get highly suspicious, so I also check with my energy/gas supplier, and would you know it, STB hasn't contacted them either, despite them telling me they have. When I call STB to inform them of all this, they reassure me that they have paid our water suppliers; if that's the case, why is Thames Water telling me the opposite? At this point, I have no idea what is going on and am currently awaiting for the cancellation team to get back to me, which I hope is soon. I've had no choice but to take on the bills by myself, which I shouldn’t have to do, considering that my flatmates and I have been paying this company quite a lot of money to do exactly that. I'm hoping for compensation on their part; if they refuse, we might have to take this issue further.

I had an issue and it’s been resolved almost immediately. Super helpful and great members of staff. We were billed by the companies and I called up Split the Bills and they have called up the company and paid off my bill for me, it’s great!
