First rate service and friendly, couldn't ask for more, will be using their store again, thanks

Can't fault this business, ordered lock 17 and received promptly. I didn't know how to working properly due to the double safety on trigger but Mike was able to explain how this works and also sent a link to view on YouTube:) great advice on suitable CO2 and pellets too ! Will certainly be using sportsguns again in the future :)

Thanks Mike, Carole and Lucy, for your service, replacing my air rifle after it was lost in transit by the UK distributor's carrier. It was much appreciated.

I have just taken delivery of a air pistol from Cardigan Sportsguns , It arrived 4 days after ordering . This is my 4th airgun purchased from them , and as usual Brilliant price and service .

The staff are tremendous very pleasant including their delivery staff. Nothing is to hard for them. Very much on the ball and nothing too much for them to do.
Service is terrific.

Recent purchase of crosman pistol, first time I have used this company very impressive service smooth delivery great communication, highly Reccomend sportsguns, will certainly use again 100%

Ordered a gun that was in stock. 2 weeks later got a call to say it wasn't. Asked for a refund, and a further 4 weeks later still no refund.

5 months ago I returned a faulty sight. As it was faulty I agreed to send it in exchange for reimbursement of postage, just to be civil and helpful. Still no refund.

Civil case is being raised this week.

Appalling customer service. I ordered a webley service revolver mkv1 battlefield .177 pellet gun on 7 November. Initially promised delivery every time I rang "by the weekend" Numerous calls and emails ignored for a month and then finally answer my call today and say they do not have any stock. Surely they knew that before advertising. I would prefer to use an honest company every time, than a company that lies to you.

Ordered a HW98 on a Friday and it arrived on the following Sunday, super service, great to deal with

Fantastic service. My order arrived promptly this morning as stated and I live the other side of the country. Excellent service especially so in these apocalyptic times. I can thoroughly recommend Sportsguns and will be using them again.

Fast delivery. Efficient service. Happy customer

Over the years I have had several items delivered by this firm and they have always tried to offer great customer service from their small dedicated team. I hope that all their customers stay loyal to them throughout these hard times, not helped by some of the Welsh government's absurd actions which cripple firms like Sportsguns!
I hope all their regular customers stay loyal to this great little business that has always offered very good personal service!
