We asked three estate agents to quote to sell our house in Tharston last year. Of these, Chris Starking impressed with straightforward answers to our questions. We later found out he had arranged our daughter's purchase a couple of years ago and she was pleased with their work.
The process took a while with some viewers really wanting to undercut the asking price, but the house is fairly unique and we got a fair price in the end.
We followed their recommendations as to conveyancers and the rest of the legalities as well as a removal company and are happy with the entire process.
The virtual tour camera system was great fun to watch and made the house look its best!

The Brundall team gave a great service during our move, friendly and helpful team, lovely little touch sending us a new home card and gift.

Terrible experience. Took more than a year to sell our property, multi pull outs . Distressing experience from the team in Costessey. Only until we about to take our business elsewhere that they finally made a special effort, we sold finally 20k lower that the original asking price. Advice,Don't waste your time go elsewhere.

I would highly recommend Starkings and Watson to anyone looking to sell any property. Both Sam and Connor were fantastic throughout the process of marketing and arranging viewings for the property.
They were polite, friendly, and thoroughly professional and made us feel like we were in very safe hands. Excellent communication and kept us updated. Once an offer was accepted, it was Will who dealt with the sales progression side of things, which was made difficult at times (entirely due to my buyers unprofessional solicitors) but both Will and Sam made sure things progressed.
Really can't thank them enough for getting us to the completion date.

I would like to just say how great starkings and Watson have been Sarah short has been simply amazing. Always having answers and helping with the solicitors as first time buyers it can be a very daunting task. But Sarah took the time to explain everything in detail that we understood I highly recommend her and a big thank you for your help. We are now home owners with very little stress.

We recently bought a property through Starkings and Watson. We found Will Crawford at the Starkings and Watson central hub to be polite, informative, honest, and efficient. All great qualities in an Estate agent.

Steve at Starkings and Watson Diss did a great job selling my parent's house in a difficult market, always keeping me up to date on viewings and providing feed-back from prospective purchasers. Will at the central office was very diligent during the sale process.

In a tough economic state, selling a house is not easy at the moment.

Awful. Staff that don’t know what they’re doing. Happy to take your money but not work for it.
Over promise & not deliver. When you confront them about it you’re accused of being disrespectful which is a joke since they accuse you of lying. Do not let your property out with Starkings & Watson - you’ll soon regret it. They can’t even get the address correct on a tenancy agreement. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
Update: their way of dealing with bad reviews on social media is to block you! That’s why you only see good reviews as they hide the bad ones.
Another fine example of integrity from Chris Starkings and I’m assuming Pippa Lainsbury who takes care of their social media.

I cannot recommend Starkings and Watson enough. They have done everything to make our house sale run smoothly and totally kept us in the loop as things have progressed from marketing our house to exchanging and finally a completion date.

Sales team failed to sell my property in the 12 weeks agreed contract . Viewers often had to wait ten days until an agent had a slot for them so people often had offered elsewhere before seeing mine
I decided to let the property instead but Starkings don’t offer viewings at weekends which is ridiculous, after six weeks of the extremely young lettings team failing I gave up and went to another letting agent who had the house rented long term within a week
