Glan Llyn, Newport - The service from the sales team (Simon, Paula and Toni) was brilliant from our first visit, every phone call, email and last minute drop in. They made the process seem manageable and easy especially given that we were first time buyers and on the younger side. Site manager Josh was there to help us from the off - as soon as we needed anything he’s always got the work done asap. Customer service Josh is also an asset to the team, extremely friendly and there at the drop of a hat if we need absolutely anything at all. The team is incredible and we honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. We moved into our new build St Modwen 3 weeks ago and we absolutely love it. We’ve had such a great experience with the team since we reserved the plot originally around January/February time, Simon made it a very smooth process for us which is so important as first time buyers (no question was ever too much).
Since moving in Josh B has been amazing, any snags that we found have been sorted almost immediately and the team have been super helpful and attentive!

I have visited many sales offices in the North East area recently but I would say the staff at Valley Rise, Consett are extremely helpful. Customer service at its best. It makes all the difference to offered advice and gives a lasting impression.

Wonderful experience at Shawfair.

I love looking around show homes, so when I noticed St. Modwen Homes at Shawfair, I thought I’d have a look around the various builders on the site.
St. Modwen Homes really stood out for me. The show home is absolutely stunning! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed.
The sales lady, June, was so welcoming and friendly. Unlike some other builders I visited, she never made me feel as though I was wasting her time. I was honest with her that I wasn’t looking to buy at the moment, but she still took plenty of time to tell me all about the development and the company.
It was such a lovely experience, and I came away with some fabulous ideas for decorating.
I would definitely recommend a visit to anyone thinking of buying or simply looking for inspiration. My only regret is that I’m not in the market for a new home at the moment!

I was driving by St Modwen Shawfair site and decided to go have a look, the showhome is beautiful i love the brown detailing and how spacious it is, i spoke with June and Becca they were so helpful

St Modwen- Shawfair is absolutely beautiful and 1st one in Scotland, it definitely doesn’t disappoint.

We moved in to our St Modwen home in Consett around 6 weeks ago and I am delighted at the standard of workmanship and the over all quality for our new build.

The whole process has been enjoyable and stress free.

Joanne the sales manager was professional, friendly and guided us through every step of the way.
She was always on hand to answer any questions and regularly kept in touch via telephone and email providing information and updates.

St Modwens gave us several opportunities to view the house during the final stages of the build, we were accompanied by the site manager Steve who is extremely helpful and always on hand to answer any questions and queries.

The build quality and finish to my St Modwen home and the standard of the fittings and fixtures are amazing.

A few minor snagging issues have been identified and raised with the after sales team which are being actioned without any problems.

Overall I am delighted with my St Modwen home and the service I received from the St Modwen team. Thank you.

St Modwen wasn’t a well known builder in the North East of England I stumbled on them by chance fell in love with their fabulous unique show home and went on to purchase a plot. Everything so far has been excellent, professional and without issue. The first phase visit to my plot was informative friendly and the team couldn’t have done more to keep me updated. I look forward to moving into my new home in the coming months. Well worth a look!

Beautiful house designs and layouts. Personally choose the Houghton design for the “disguise” open kitchen plan. As a first buyer, it’s been a smooth experience going to different stages with great support from the Team, first it was Rob and now, Kyle whose best statement is “you can ask me anything whatsoever” and as a first time buyer, that’s a good thing to hear. Thank you for all the support. It’s been good so far, hopefully complete soon and I can’t wait to grab the keys to my new home.
