Don't expect to get your order. On 3/12 I ordered a pair of shoes and purchased not only the shoes but insurance. I did not get the shoes. I sent emails to their service address and did not receive any response. I tried going through the tracking number and the delivery service said it was delivered. I had checked my mail everyday for 2 weeks. Amazon delivers packages to me without a problem. The US postal service works. Fed Ex works. I'm home most days and still no answer. This is obvious now to be group of thieves. Don't trust them. Another name for the company is Orthowalk Shoes.

Sent wrong size item, wouldn’t refund fully. Awful

We understand that you still want to send the package back.
After you return the item, we will inspect it immediately and provide you with a full refund based on the actual situation. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging.

Kind reminder:
1. Before the package is sent out, please take a photo of the product you need to return (multiple products in one photo). When the product we received is different from what you sent back, we cannot give you a full refund.
2. Please package it properly to avoid damage during transportation, otherwise, we cannot give you a refund.
3. Please provide us with the tracking number after the package is sent out, so that we can track the package information.
4. Please provide a photo of the shipping label attached to the package, so that we can quickly find your package after receiving it.
5. Please do not send it back without paying the freight. If we still need to pay the freight when we receive the package, we will reject it directly and the package will continue to be returned to you. You will have to pay the freight twice and we will not refund.
