Terrible customer service spent 120 Pounds on a watch and express postage
Trackage showed the watch had still not been dispatched by sturhing I have contacted them multiple times to no response it has been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received the watch awful experience.

Après un an le cadran c'est détaché et il à été coller. Depuis il à été de nouveau collé.Et maintenant il est disparu de nouveau. Quelle qualité ! Dommage ! Maintenant je comprends les très petites notes pour Stuhrling.

Bought a watch via debenhams on 30/08/24, till this date I haven't recieved the watch and debenhams has not gotten back to me regarding the purchase and tracking it. Broad day robbery. Save yourself fromedisappointment, avoid Stuhrling and Debenhams

Do not buy these watches , got one for the wife for Xmas and the metal strap was too big , I got unwell and we didn’t get the strap altered for 7months , we soon found out the watch wouldn’t wind or alter the time , Debenhams didn’t want to know and said go to the manufacture , the manufacture are in New York and took ages to contact , finally it was agreed that I would send it back , it cost me 30 dollars and a further 22 pounds in postage to return it , it still don’t work after the repair and they are not returning my emails , customer service is terrible , the watches looks nice but don’t be fooled they are cheap Chinese rubbish , please don’t waste your money

I have had the watch for a year. Within the first 2 months, the metal strap came loose from the watch and it subsequently fell off my wrist onto the concrete floor, damaging the watch. More recently, the second hand came off and is now stuck inside as I adjusted the time. Its a shame as the watch looks very nice, however the craftmanship is terrible.

Bought a watch from them 4 years ago and ive worn it less than 20 times. Started to see a discolouration on the metal of the watch but ignored it. Went to get it out of the box the other day to wear to an event and saw that green corrosion nodules had grown on thw watch. Spoke to a representative, but they said this doesnt fall under the wear and tear policy. An absolute joke. Avoid buying these watches.

Depthmaster 883H Automatic Swiss Dive Watch with Water Resistance up to 660 Feet )27th June 2023, It has never worked .It has been back to the company in Brooklyn New York three times (cost me £90 postage ) They will not give me a refund . THE 3 TIMES THEY HAVE TOLD ME ITS BEEN REPAIRED ,IT IS STILL NOT WORKING. . THEY ARE RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF .DO NOT BUY .ITS A SCAM.

Their support is absolutely missing. I ordered a watch to EU, which ended up held on borders because I need a real INVOICE, not some confirmation email for purchase. EU need to put extra tax on things coming from USA and because they are not providing the invoice and not replying, the watch have to return. What about a refund you would ask? I hope for one. I would never again risk with them. Absolutely not caring about their clients. Absolutely disrespectful!

I ordered two watches from them and they shipped two watches. One was the correct watch the other one was incorrect, wrong color dial and wrong color strap. I tried calling them, left multiple messages and multiple emails, with no response. This is a scam of a company, they have no customer support and they do not return phone calls. Do not do business with this company.

I bought several watches from Stuhrling Original. I bought them a few at a time. The first two watches were really nice. I liked them a lot, they worked well. I bought three more a three months later, they were also nice. I was supposed to get a watch box as a gift after buying three. I did not receive it and wrote to the company to request it. Took a long while, I eventually received it. All of the above was over a period of 8 months.
Shortly thereafter, one of the watches I bought began to skip time. I contacted the company, got no response. I really liked the watch, so I was pretty persistent in calling and emailing them. They eventually sent me a notice offering insurance for the watches. I had the watch in questions for a couple of months. They in my opinion should have replaced it or offered to repair it. They did not. I didn't buy anymore watches from them. Of the watches I did buy, two have broken, the little marker for the nine o'clock placement fell off and is inside the casing loose, the other one started skipping time, so two of the 5 still work. I was disappointed at the performance of three of the five watches i purchased. I was disappointed at their customer service response to my complains about the watches skipping time.

Propriétaire d’une Stührling Symphony DT 411, celle-ci a vécue un mois seulement ! Je savais en achetant cette montre qu’il s’agissait de belles montres mais peu fiables. Je pensais pas à ce point là !
J’ai contacté le SAV, et là aussi c’est un sketch ! En tout cas je ne conseille en aucun cas cette marque !

J'ai reçu une montre en cadeau et dès que je l'ai reçue, j'ai remarqué qu'elle avait un retard considérable dans l'affichage du second fuseau horaire, de plusieurs minutes par heure. De plus, en peu de temps, le cadran s'est détaché et s'est mis à tourner à l'intérieur de la montre. Constatant ces défauts, j'ai décidé de la faire réparer.

J'ai envoyé la montre pour réparation en prenant en charge les frais d'envoi, mais j'ai été surpris d'apprendre qu'il fallait ajouter 50 euros pour que le service de réparation puisse intervenir, même si la montre était encore sous garantie. Après avoir accepté ces frais supplémentaires, j'ai récupéré la montre, mais le problème du retard dans l'affichage du second fuseau horaire persistait et, pire encore, le cadran avait été recollé avec de la colle de manière peu professionnelle. On pouvait clairement voir des traces de colle, et le cadran s'est rapidement détaché à nouveau.

Watch broke down 3 days after arriving.
Terrible communication. Have involved Debenhams but no real progress months later.
The watches are just rubbish but the customer service even worse.
Stay away.

No reply to emails. Waiting on a refund of a watch I returned purchased via Debenhams. Beware!

La molette automatique et de réglage de l'heure à cassé au bout de deux années.

J'ai acheté une montre directement sur le site il y a 7 ans pour 270€. Belle qualité avec un look et du poids.
Aucun problème et portée tous les jours elle reste comme neuve. Par contre les petits malins qui achètent sur des sites bidons pour 100€ au lieu de 300€ croient encore au père Noel !!

I ordered 2 watches and returned 1. I was never reimbursed and my emails went unanswered. Unfortunately, this was ordered through Affirm, and Affirm was unable to help me as it was past the 60 days (I returned within 30 days and then tried to contact Stuhrling multiple times). This entire company is a scam. There's absolutely no customer service and now I've had to pay an extra $120 AND don't have the second watch.

Disputed brand, but in my experience they hold up quite well, as long as you remember the price you paid for it, you will be satisfied.
