A good service. No messing about for sorting out problems !

Battery was delivered very quickly and was very well packed.
I am usually wary of buying replica batteries but this looks well made and has some official stamps on it. Plus it is european not from the far east.

Along with catering for the more recent devices, it is good to know that I can still obtain batteries for my older headphones.
While newer equipment has more features, as long as one is satisfied with their old friend there is no need to update something still working 20 years on.

I bought a laptop battery on 10/23/2025 and I still haven't received it. The website says delivery time 2-3 business days

I ordered from subtel as I needed the battery urgently and they offered a delivery of 2-3 business days. They were not the cheapest by any margin but the delivery time was the best.

It's now been 10 days and it has not arrived. The tracking information I had to request shows no record with DHL. Subtel say it is stuck with customs but I do not see how they can tell this as there is no record of it online.

The website gave the distinct impression that the item and business are in the UK. They are in Germany.

This has proven to be a costly mistake. I will update on the outcome.

Edit: battery did arrive but took over 2 weeks. Refund was offered also. Have upgraded to 3 stars. Subtel were responsive and helpful but the delivery time was poor. If this is an issue the advertised delivery time should be changed/caveated or perhaps use a different courier.

All went well. I have not tried the battery, as it is a spare, but it is clearly the appropriate one. My only quibble is with your choice of deliverers: I waited in on the day they said it would come, and it did not. They then told me it would arrive during a time slot on a subsequent day. It did not, but it did arrive late that evening with no attempt to contact me and was left in a drizzle. By great good fortune I checked outside my door, and found it.

They are selling items at nearly £40 that are fake. They don’t even say stay too big so what else are they selling what are fake? I couldn’t be bothered to send it back for the 40 quid because you’ll probably find out it’s a false address absolute fake robbers

Your company was stupid enough to use DHL they have had my purchase for four days but are so useless that they are unable to find my address

I will never use them or your company ever again and will tell everyone I know how bad you are
Have contacted you twice and cannot get anyone with a granule of sense to help me
