Finally received order. just what was required .

I placed an order which was delivered by DHL. The DHL driver opened our front door and threw the parcel through the door while we were in, they made no attempt to ring the doorbell.
I complained to DHL who told me that this was not acceptable, but I would have to take this up with Subtel as my contract was with them. I contacted Subtel who responded with a statement saying that the door was open and they would not do anything else about it. They would not take any responsibility or action despite the fact that it was their contract.

So pleased to find a company that has supplied me with a battery for my Sony digital handycam which has not been used in years.

Very prompt and arrived well packaged, Good communication at all stages from oder to delivery.

Well the battery that I ordered wouldn’t work! I tried a few times but had to send back! I put the old battery back in as it was such a nightmare to change in my phone as I had to take the complete phone apart to access the battery.

Ordering process was straightforward from the UK. The product received on time and as described.

Had to wait a short as it came from Berlin which l didn’t realise at the time ,must say it was very well packed and it fits my old laptop very pleased indeed.

I ordered a battery pack for my robotic lawn mower from Subtel.

On the product page, it says:

"Guaranteed 3400mAh capacity"

When I receive the battery, I test it and it only shows 2600mAh. I then send an email to customer service requesting a refund or a replacement. In the email, I include pictures demonstrating the output from 21V down to 15V, and also 12.5V, where the output is 2400mAh and 2600mAh at the respective voltages.

There is absolutely no way this battery can deliver 3400mAh. And since the product page clearly states they guarantee 3400mAh capacity, I assumed it would be an easy issue to resolve.

But no matter what images or documentation I send, their response is always:

> “Dear Henrik, > Thank you for contacting us. I’m sorry, but as the customer, the burden of proof lies with you to show that the battery doesn’t function properly in the lawn mower it is intended for—not in a homemade test setup. > > Sincerely, > Emanuele > Customer Service Team”

It makes no difference whether the battery is tested in a lawn mower or not. The battery pack should deliver 3400mAh—whether it's in a lawn mower or something else. That said, I am using it in my Gardena Sileno Life robotic mower, which it’s intended for.

I respond: > “Okay, explain to me how I’m supposed to prove the battery doesn’t have 3400mAh capacity in the lawn mower, and I’ll do it.”

And all I get back is the exact same email: > “I’m sorry, but as the customer, the burden of proof lies with you to show that the battery doesn’t function properly in the lawn mower it is intended for—not in a homemade test setup.”

I’ve now received this same reply three times in a row, no matter what I say or how I explain.

Subtel sends you the items you order—but if there’s anything wrong with a product, forget about getting any help.

I ordered a battery to fit a De Walt cordless drive driver Serial Number DC727, Battery Number DC9096. I paid £49.90. Battery did not arrive within advised period of time and had to send various messages. Invoice showed address of supplier as subtle/Gmbh, Plauner Str, 163-165 Haus E, D-13053, Berlin. Battery eventually arrived and bore serial numbers DE9071/DE9074 and was 11 volt. Totally useless. I packaged battery and presented it to Royal Mail. Cost was £28 to return but had to be via DHL. Complained and received mail stating that it was the correct battery that I ordered. On the invoice it clearly states that the is for a DC727. It is not. I have asked for a refund which has been refused stating that the battery that I received is the correct one. In response the mail was ascribed to Subtel Gmbh, Basepoint Business Centre,Shearway Business Park, Folkstone Enterprise Centre, Shearway Road, CT19 4RH, Folkstone. I will report my experience to Trading Standards but with very little hope that they can or will do anything having had previous experience when trying get an overpaid deposit which took eight months to get back. Unless dealing with this company face to face I would advise parting with any money until you have the correct item in your hand. I should have smelt a rat when they could only manage to spell my name using four letters instead of nine.
In response to your reply I have searched all mails from you, as has my wife and son and we all agree none of the mails suggest any offer by you to me that you are offering a refund. I will continue answering your E mails accurately without engaging in a pu bloc dispute using the considerate Trust Pilot.
