Telephone support provided by operator Tasrif.

I have 3 separate electricity accounts with Sumo.
Needing to do some admin. maintenance to these accounts, I phoned Sumo to do this.
The operator, Tasrif, provided very timely and efficient support in helping me complete this task.
He was very knowledgeable on ways to achieve this and through his clear communication skills made the experience quite a pleasant one.

I spoke to people from 3 different…

I spoke to people from 3 different departments and each one of them was professional, knew their stuff and friendly and they were all able to give me exactly the help I needed. Annalise, Brad and Sean were all great. Thanks, Sumo!

Excellent Customer Service experience at Sumo.

Recently spoke to "ANNALEA" a C.S.O at Sumo re my Issue she was able to identify the problem quickly worked through the issue in a professional & courteous manner & was able to solve the problem in less than 10 Minutes so i was up & going in the one Call.

Great work from a knowledgeable C .S.O.

Endless abundance to Alex

I have called Sumo to ask two questions in regards; I'm up to date with my current billing. As I do live on my own,
Alex, Customer Service Representative was the one who had picked up my phone call. She had answered my inquiries as she was doing that. She randomly looked up, for a cheaper rate, & had found me a cheaper rate price. That means I can have a bit more extra money to bring more food on the table , so I will pray for her and
I wanted to express my sincere thanks for the wonderful customer service.
Thanks to Alex that I am very grateful and have so much gratitude that from the universe, she just came to me and did that so I wish you all the blessings and all the abundance throughout her entire existence of endless happiness and blessings. Her personal attention, willingness to reduce the price as per my difficulty and prompt resolution of my issues were greatly appreciated. You truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my cheaper rate and I cannot thank you enough for your help.

Your dedication to your job and your willingness to help are truly admirable. and I will certainly be recommending your company to my friends and colleagues. Thank you again for your exceptional customer service,

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Constant bill wrong. Had to get the ombudsman involved to get it fixed. Staff are rude, unprofessional and lie.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If I could give Sumo 0 stars I would. This company tried to charge us 6x the amount of gas that we had used every other quarter, and then when I called to ask about it, no one would acknowledge the fact that it was wrong or take any responsibility.

I spent over 10 hours on the phone, and they just blamed it on usage when the meter reading was clearly wrong.

WOULD RECOMMEND AVOIDING AT ALL COST.

1500$ has been missing from my account

1500$ has been missing from my account. I called Sumo 5-6 times till now but my issue has not been fixed. There is no accountability, No one is taking ownership. Till now I have spent atleast 4-5 hours on follow-up

Charlie and Alex (Customer service)

Today, I needed to contact your Company "Sumo" twice, as I needed some answers for a few things. The first person I spoke to was Charlie, and the second one was Alex. I highly commend them both for their Help and Patience with me. They put me at ease and Explained everything I needed to know in great detail. I cannot fault their efficiency and knowledge and above all, their Customer Service. (So hard to find these days) They are a Credit to your Company, and you are very lucky to have them on your staff.

Good customer service

Having paid my bill on time, surprised to get asecond bill for less than the first. I spoke to Ash about a refund back to my bank & it was satisfactorily done.

Great experience dealing with SUMO

Rang Sumo today to review my energy plans and spoke with Myles.

Myles was extremely knowledgeable and quickly went to work to find me a better plan that delivered savings. What a pleasure it was to deal with a company representative who actually wanted to assist you and who was capable of delivering a favorable result. Thanks, Myles for the exceptional customer service, you have my vote for employee of the month!
