Awful site impossible to get any money you win on your welcome bonus just a con only want to take your money.

Deposited money.
Didn't enjoy the games so I tried to withdraw my money.
Constantly asking for ID pictures which always fail to upload.
Now I can't login and they keep the money.

Absolutely shocking! Spent about £600 past 3 months and didn't win a single penny. Bingo rooms are full of bots I would say atleast 3/4 of the people are, the same names keep winning every time no matter what bingo room you are in. Most sites are like this but not a single one likes to admit this even though hundreds of people say that same thing. I was playing £1 slots and didn't win anything and when I got the bonuses I still didn't win anything. Like taking your money but not paying out. Very stingy, avoid at all cost!!!

Totally disgusted, the hosts are not professional at all. Its complete smut if one of the male hosts are on and if you say your not happy about it you get jumped on by his desperate housewives who follow him room to room. I would give zero stars now if I could. This site has gone downhill so badly that it's making loyal players think they are not cared about any more. Literally a 3rd of the prize money, hardly no cgs or media and they are taking all winners as well!. The full house prizes most of the day are now less than most other sites give for one line prize
To top this all off, as if low prize money is not enough, we are made to read hosts who either 1. Make up reasons for the loss of prizes 2. Talk about how terrible life is and how they can't afford basic items 3. Have a sex talk every session they are working with a group of followers I can only describe as desperate housewives. 4. Have a script about 2 cats, video games a mortgage and a boyfriend who seems very possibly made up. No-one is that boring!!!
Stay clear of this site, not worth a penny spent there. They don't look after their loyal players anymore.

I haven't played online bingo in years and thought I'd try Sun Bingo. I got a £50 bonus for a £10 deposit. I noticed a disturbing trend. Even though there were roughly 100 people playing, the same three or four names kept winning. I won a tiny bit once, but not much.
I mentioned this in the chat, only saying that it's incredible the same people keep winning. The moderator kept warning me not to say such things, and I asked why as I'm just recognizing legitimate winners. Then the moderator blocked my chat! I'm surprised the Gambling Commission isn't on the verge of shutting this scam down.

Have been with this com0any for a few years nb topping up or cashing out won 25 pound last Friday all of a sudden was asked to provide I'd proof of address bank card etc sent them away I'd wasn't gd enough my arm wasn't in the photo how my arm has to verify my I'd I have no idea proof of address was accepted re sent I'd again with my arm visible in picture no hd passport out of date sent pic of el2ctorql od card then was requested to send an old bank card in I happened to have pictures on my phone of this card because my dog chewed it sent 5hem the relevant photos stating I don't have this card anymore as it was cancelled as u can see by pictured I've sent u it was ched by my dog re sent new bank card information asking for a signed bank card my old one I can't sign ot if I d9nt own it at this point u have proof I live at the address registered when I opened my account it was verified with my bank card u have pictures of me holding my I'd I'd on its own and I can't see how my arm being in picture verify me as a person and ehat if God forbid I didn't have any arms as its literally getting ridiculous over 25 pound when never had a n issue before now all of a sudden I do and no one can explain why at this point u know my card is registered as me at my address u know and have accepted its me and live at my address registered my passport which is out of date clearly states my name dob etc u have. Picture of me holding it with my arm I just think its any excuse now not to pay me but can't explain why all of a sudden they want all this

Like all other algorithm based online gambling sites, once you get a half decent win ALL bonuses then stop (or become minimal). So say you win £10 on 10p play, then ALL bonuses on that game will become instantly poor, same across the board, dependent on stake. One big win then they stop. They want to convince that they are run by RNG’s that are all random. If they were random you’d still have potential to get decent boosters afterwards, but it happens EVERY time.
What I will say in its favour is that you can occasionally get a decent win, and they do pay out quickly, however you NEED to bank that win instantly because I guarantee your lucky will always instantly change have that decent win.
Just tread carefully. It’s a better site than most out there, but that’s not saying much.

One of the best sites.i have been on a few different sites but I have always ended up having issues like with withdrawing money or bonuses and rubbish returns.but I always end up back on this site as I have never had any issues.

Here me out. I’m a fan of this site before people instantly dismiss the star-rating. I’ve used it for some time and they have always paid out when you win (and pay out quickly). However, things seem to be getting quite disturbing with them. I tend to spend about £30 on lower stakes when I do play. Now, I’ve never known a site (and certainly not this one) not give out ANY bonuses across numerous deposits. I wouldn’t have cause for concern but it’s getting to be every time and across ALL games. Obviously there’s going to be times when your lucks in, and times when it isn’t, but I’ve never witnessed the gameplay constantly being so poor on this site. What’s going on? Are there issues in the background that customers don’t know about?
I want to persevere with SunBingo because I’ve long enjoyed the site, but how many chances do you give it? And at what point do you go “well maybe it’s not just constant bad luck”?
