Has my 4 sunflow rads fitted back in January this year.

The custom painted black rads look ace on my feature wall in lounge and in my corridor on show.

The fitters were extremely professional, tidy and courteous and had the rads fitted in just a few hours complete with electronic wall mounted independent thermostats that I was given a tour of the basic features.

I think they are far more energy and heat efficient than my previous wall convection radiators and this should reflect in my future electricity bills too.

Highly recommended and very efficient, professional service from start to finish.

Chris,the sales rep was very pleasant, patient and only to happy to explain anything that my elderly mother did not understand. He was also very knowledgeable on his product. Information from their head office was on point and all dates and times given were adhered too. The 2 fitters were very pleasant chaps, more importantly they were very tidy. Great explanation given on the controls. Very pleased with the whole experience and happy to say pain free. The cost was also reasonable and just a little more competitive than other companies.

I would have liked to have a little bit more time to clean behind the removed heaters. But it was impressive to see the men work so hard.

Excellent service. From the quote to installation I was kept informed. The installation was performed professionally by friendly tradesmen who put the radiators where I wanted and went out of their way to explain the setup and how to work them. Having changed from storage radiators I already see the difference. I would certainly recommend sunflow to anyone.

A skilled and thoughtful crew,the Sunflow team were well organized and efficient. The use of the programme controller was explained clearly, I was involved in decision making in placing the heaters and it was a clean and tidy installation throughout. In 2014 we decided to replace the storage heaters in our retirement cottage after reading about German style heaters. We used them to keep the place aired and free from damp whilst we were not there. We looked at both Fishers and Sunflow. We were impressed with Sunflow. Fishers didn't manage to turn up. Since then I've seen second hand Fisher radiators on Ebay for more than we paid originally. Our electricity bills were basically halved and we could control the temperature accurately when the cottage was in use as well as when away.

In 2020 my wife rapidly became ill forcing my retirement and also the need to purchase a property suitable to care for my wife as we needed to vacate the tied accomodation we lived in. Unfortunately Covid made things very difficult and the property needed complete renovation and modification, which has sadly taken a long time. Fortunately we've been able to stay on until our new property is ready. The heating was gas central heating and had to be replaced as it was the original system (incuding the boiler!)

So looking at the options - A new gas system could be fitted but gas has a finite shelf life until about 2035. Air source can only realistically used in new builds, older properties need well insulated floors and walls etc and much larger radiators or better still under floor heating also they need boosting during the winter as the temperature gain is not enough in freezing temperatures. Even with a government grant they are very expensive, modifying the home can be as expensive, the fans can become very noisy and need annual serving. They also need to be fitted by reputable installers not by cowboy outfits, having heard of horror stories.

So for me Sunflow was the best option, future proofing my home at a good price with good room by room control, having improved the insulation in the property, it will I am confident, have been the best choice from my previous experience. Also Sunflow have been very helpful, planning what we would need and patient, as it has taken 3 years to get to the stage of being ready to have them fitted.

We will be an all electric house - but what if there's a power cut? Gas and air/ground source also need electricity. So get a log burner as a back up just in case! but we've not needed the one at our cottage since we had our Sunflow fitted 9 years ago!

They let me know about an hour ahead of arrival time.
Extremely polite and professional.
Explained all they were going to do and made sure we understood and agreed.

A couple of difficult connection access points which were dealt with promptly.
Upon completion of the installation everything was explained to us regarding the use of the system and the individual thermostats for each radiator.
All completed within the working day ,
All rooms swept and hoovered as though they were never around.

The radiators are very effective and we're pleased with the product. Its unfortunate that energy prices have been so high over the last few month as it meant we were unable to afford to use our new radiators to their full potential. Nevertheless I would recommend them.

After a poor experience with another supplier (they wanted to charge us for asbestos removal when we didn't have asbestos, and never even visited us for a survey), I was pleased we picked Sunflow for our new heating system to replace outdated, ugly, uneconomical storage heaters. The installation went according to plan and was fast and efficient. Siting new heaters in different locations was not a problem. We are very pleased with the new heaters, slimline, attractive and easy to use. Individual controls in each room so we can set the required temperatures according to the individuals and whether the room is used regularly or not. No more opening the windows on a warm day to let the heat out. I haven't been able to check the economy yet but I have been assured they are considerably less to run than our previous system.

I have researched the Sunflow system looking for a greener and more energy efficient system. I have had a free survey which included an explanation of the system and seeing a sample for the Sunflow radiator which was very helpful. The ordering and delivery processes have been smooth even though I had to change the delivery date twice. I’m looking forward to having the system installed by my contractors and working in the winter! Thank you

Both installations were carried out with courteous efficiency. We are delighted with the heaters and the simple but sophisticated way they maintain room temperatures in our home. Also the Sunamp hot water source is operating with quiet efficiency, supplying all our hot water needs.
These two systems have ‘future proofed’ our home for many years to come. We can enjoy our retirement in the knowledge we have reliable maintenance free heating & hot water.

Installed Sunflow heating system in my flat some months ago to replace the existing Dimplex Panel Convector heaters. Got alternative quotes before making a final decision on product and price. Decided to go ahead with Sunflow Ltd. Good communication from the time quote was obtained to the decision to install. Installation followed within six weeks, as promised. Installation was done in a day and hardwired into the existing electrical points. 7 radiators installed in total. Very satisfied with overall heat comfort provided. Each radiator can be controlled individually for temperature and time required. Radiators retain heat for a considerable period of time after heat supply is switched off.
Installing electricians/engineers worked very neatly and disposed of existing radiators. My only negative is that he control unit could be a bit more user friendly for non-tech customers like me, but this may have been developed further since my installation.
The individual radiator units look excellent and do not take up much room. They are also easy to move on their fixing points to enable decorating of the wall behind the radiator. Very satisfied customer.
