If you want a great heating system and want to save money on your electric bills then I suggest you get Sunflow heaters. I recently received my 1st electric bill since having my heaters installed in Feb and have saved over £270.
My house is always warm compared to when I had night store heaters, my house was always luke warm during the night but freezing in the day. Like many, i believed that economy 7 was cheaper, but it isn't, don't let them fool you!
Was really happy with the service that Sunflow provided, dealt with Cassie who was very honest and knowledgeable, and Michael who came out the next day and explained how Sunflow heaters would save me money.
I had quotes from other companies who were pretty pushy and just wanted to get their foot through the door,so they could sell me their products, Sunflow however were not pushy at all and provided great service all around.
If you are looking for a good reliable heating system and want to save money then i would highly recommend Sunflow.
I would like to thank the Sunflow team for their great service and reducing my heating bills!

so this a real mixed review,
I love the heaters I have, those that are installed - those rooms are toasty or not as I choose - amazing only heating the rooms I'm in. They heat up quickly and run to the program, I have turned off the function that was heating them up to the temp for the time programmed as this did mean they were on a lot of the day. Now they come on 30min before I get up / home from work.
Downside- the electrical survey was not undertaken prior to installation and we had a lot of miss communication between those coming to remove my oil system and the next guys coming to install it, again all the guys were lovely and apologetic and I did feel for them as they too were frustrated.
They installed what they could on the day and mounted everything else ready for wiring.
I eventually wired a plug to the hall radiator and run it off an extension lead as there was no near by plug, and after getting damp and mould, I had to do something.
now I am about 6 months in and have no heating in my lounge, Kitchen or upstairs lounge/games room as these need a higher amp wire installed and sunflow will only surface mount this and use that nasty trunking which will mean going through most rooms of the house.
So we have agreed to end our contract of installation and I will get them wired in by a local electrician, this however can only be done once I have had the power to the house upgraded at a cost of over £8000 to the national grid.
Why do you ask .... because no electrical survey was done in the first place, had it been done we would have established that an 80amp heating system could not be installed to a 100amp feed without the need for upgrades. - I would have gone for a different heating system at this point, had I known.
So Im bracing myself for a whole house rewire and then hopefully a warmer winter next year, as I certainly didn't have one this year!
Like I said, I like the system, I'm sat in my office, toasty and warm. Just don't go in my kitchen - the inside of the fridge is warmer.
Would I go back - Yes In fact once the rewire is done we have the "other" heaters in our annexe and we will swap them to Sunflow, thats if they'll have me back. :)

If you want to be greener and get a system that’s cheap to run, speak to Sunflow and get their radiators. Since getting my heating installed, I have saved £220 on my energy bill so really happy.
We are absolutely delighted with our new Sunflow electric radiators, which were installed at the start of February. We can’t believe the difference they have made to our comfort over the last month.
From start to finish, this was hassle free, dealt with Cassy who was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable, then the sales associate Michael visited our home and carried out a survey, he gave good advice, and his knowledge was impeccable and after seeing him I was convinced that Sunflow was the solution for us and I have no regrets.
Installation team were great, installed quicker than expected and mess free! So overall great experience with Sunflow, top notch service all around so my faith has been restored in big companies. Me and my wife would definitely recommend Sunflow.

Am really happy with the excellent service from Sunflow, radiators are great and my house feels really toastie now! My favourite thing about these radiators is the fact that i can control each one individually so i can have one on at a time depending on which room im in and the fact that i control them remotely. I dealt with a lovely lady called Casy who answered all my questions and was extremely helpful and very professional then Michael came round to measure my rooms and was really impressed with his knowledge, he put me at ease thorough out the whole process and wasn't pushy at all. My radiators were installed about 3 weeks later and the 2 gentleman that installed them were very professional and friendly, they fitted the radiators quickly making sure there was no mess when they left. Overall top notch service from start to finish, would definitely recommend that you speak to Sunflow if you're thinking about getting their heating as they provide a really professional service from start to finish.

We recently installed Sunflow heaters and Sunamp hotwater at our new home. Me and family are really impressed with the service and quality. Michael and team was amazing in explaining everything in details so that we know about the system well. He made sure we got everything on time delivered and installed without delay. Even though we have only minimal number of radiators in a 3bed house it keeps us warm and comfy. This clearly explains the quality of the heaters. And its always happy faces to get hot water 24*7. We would definitely recommend sunflow and sunamp to all our friends as its worth the investment.

Really pleased with my heating which was installed this week. Brendan was very professional, friendly and polite installed my radiators. I knew this was the company for me as I initially contacted Fisher and some other electrical heating companies but once I spoke to Cassie who was very professional and gave me honest advice and was transparent about pricing so I decided to get a survey from Michael who again was very knowledgeable and professional. Have to say i am really happy with how quickly my radiators heat up, they have made a massive difference to my house and now we can finally sit in comfort! Would strongly recommend Sunflow if you're looking for electric Heating, thank you Sunflow!

Recently purchased Sunflow radiators and am very pleased with them. Had Night Store heaters prior and have found that I have saved about £150 on my bill so far.. Spoke to a very professional Cassie who explained how the radiators worked and have to say she was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in a very non biased way, she even suggested that i get a quote from Fischer which i did and nearly fell off my chair at their prices! Michael visited my property and measured my rooms, he was very informative and didn't push me into buying unlike another company i won't mention!! Overall a very pleasant experience dealing with the Sunflow team and have to say thank you to Brendan who installed my radiators in a friendly and timely manner.

Had great experience with Sunflow. Started journey with asking for brochure, then spoke to very helpful young lady Cassie who explained how heaters worked in great detail, was very knowledgeable and very honest with pricing. She then arranged for surveyor Michael to carry out a survey on my flat who was also very helpful and not pushy like some of the others. Recently had radiators installed and very happy with them overall. Great service from start to finish. My house is now warm and comfortable and love the fact that i can control my heating at any time. I would highly recommend Sunflow.

Super company to deal with, from the professional survey to the quick & tidy conversion from uncontrollable night storage radiators to programmable modern radiators - which have cut our electricity usage by 46% over the past 7 months. This has been vital with energy prices more than doubling.

New Radiators installed - two in my open plan living room. All is well Radiators seem to fulfilling their promise. One Radiator fails (lights are on but no heat) on the coldest weekend of the year. No one to phone, no support (I phoned the Salesman who simply ignored me). I phone on Monday, sent messages on the chat line, sent emails waited on the 0800 number for 30 minutes - NO ANSWER. I phone as a new customer and bingo I have someone to talk to who then phones (I presume an internal or private line not published to us stupid paying customers). Am told it may take some time to manufacture a replacement but maybe have one they can loan. Still waiting ...........will keep everyone informed..... 'Service' is not a word Sunflow recognise - take the money and run seems their motto.

I have replaced all of my night storage heaters with sunflow heaters. The installation was on time and the engineers polite, informative and friendly. The customer service was brilliant, one heater did not function correctly and was replaced immediately. I am very happy with my heaters, they are totally controllable and give me heat when I want it. Whilst difficult to compare cost with the storage heaters (as they were not used once the fuel prices went up) month on month my bills now compare favourably to those before the price rises. All in all I am very pleased.

I have eleven Sunflower radiators in my farm house
And I truly believe that they are the best form of control able heating. I was therefore quite shocked and disappointed when today I asked for some help. Last Friday one of the controllers batteries needed to be replaced,which I did and then found it extremely difficult to reprogram. I am eighty seven and not very proficient at these modern gadgets and could not understand how to reprogram the device. On Monday I rang for advice to be told to follow the instructions on my I pad. But the person representing the company said he would call. Back at eleven o clock. He did not. I need to tell prospective purchasers of the Sunflower heating system that the radiators are excellent, the controllers are a nightmare and after sales service nil.

If you want to be green and get a brilliant low cost to run system. Easy quick and unbelievable.
THEN get their rads. Etc we did.
Instead of a heat pump. which are basically a waste of money. And you need massive radiators to heat your room.
DON'T BE DAFT.
As a genuine customer.
Get them to install. The best thing since slice bread

Fiestly, classic radiators appear reasonable quality. However, WiFi controllers for each room cheap and nasty, LCD display has disappeared after 2 yrs. (Yes, batteries changed).
Now trying to find the illusive app which controls multi-room and cannot find it anywhere on Google play store or Apple store, what is going on?
I have since managed to talk with someone from the company and they promptly sent me a new radio controller for my mothers Lounge radiator... they came good in the end but was hard work!!!

Fantastic products!
Sunflow supplied 10 electric rads and 2 Sunamp hot water units for our house renovation. The rads do what they say on the tin, but the hot water units are great. I must admit I was a little nervous going from a gas boiler to an electric hot water system (we have solar to power it), but the pressure is great and the temperature very responsive. Early days (we moved in a week ago!), but at this stage I couldn't recommend highly enough.

Upgraded the heating from econ7 to a modern version ( with Wi-Fi control function) in our remote cottage in Wales. Sunflow installed the system efficiently and at a competitive price. Excellent support from Jonathan throughout.

I am currently doing a self build renovation of a Victorian terraced house. It has not been without its challenges and worries. However one worry I don’t have is how to heat my new home. From the very start Sunflow have helped me and advised on design and siting of PowerPoints. Nick one of the owners has personally gone above and beyond to help me. I can’t wait to get my heaters installed and enjoy clean, controllable heat. Thank you team Sunflow.

I received an electric shock from a wrongly installed system. After several attempts to get to the bottom of who and why this installation was left in an unsafe and non compliant state. I finally feel the need to warn others of this companies sub standard installers.
This is a genuine review on a company that has no intention of following up a serious complaint.
Sunflow you have my details on file and your Director Nick Felsing said he would look into the matter.
This is not a slur on the Company, just need to report the installer that left the installation unsafe! I hope that your sub contract labour is Niceic registered to be carrying out this sort of electrical work

Just loving the quality of the warmth which my beautiful new bespoke painted radiators are giving me now that temperatures here in rural Cumbria are starting to drop. My experience with Sunflow has been positive from Day 1 and although I am a long way away from Sunflow basecamp the level of support has been second to none. Bring on the ❄!

From start to finish all I can say is first class service. From initial phone call to arrange a survey to installation. It was so simple and easy. If I was told someone would phone me, they did, installation date arranged and time. Perfect..I was told 8am and 8am it was. I had four old storage heaters to replace. Absolutely amazed that at 10.30 they were walking out the door, all clean and tidy, heaters tested, tutorial of how they work and most importantly made sure I was happy. How could I not be with that service. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Just wish all companies and their workforce were like Sunflow...I know they work well because I have had a single heater in the dinning room. Never thought I would be looking forward to winter..... Thank you Sunflow.
