Needed to replace all my ancient night storage heating. Did the usual and got three companies around for quotes.
Sunflow stood out with a competitive quote and unlike one of the other companies did not pressure to sign there and then. Even suggested a couple of option to save costs at this time.
Agreed the quote which included one additional electric point installation.
Good communication from the company on progress and install date.
Installation team arrived on time, were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Found that there was a 'hidden' electric point so didn't need to install a new one.
Left everything as tidy ( if not tidier ) then when they arrived. Had a courtesy call the next day to ensure everything was right and no issues.
Would highly recommend this company , specially as everything is made in the UK.

I placed an order for Sunflow heaters and a new water cylinder back in August 2021. Whilst the heaters were installed in October, I had to wait nine months for the water cylinder to be installed. Whilst I understand the challenges of the pandemic and supply chain could cause some delay this timeline was unacceptable. I was offered many different reasons for this from staff changes, to the pandemic to having no plumbers. Sadly, the customer service was very weak - call after call would go unanswered and it was frequently blamed on the previous incumbent. The surveys completed for both the heaters and cylinder were inaccurate and additional work and changes had to be made. In Sunflow's defence, they did not charge for these changes as they recognised the fault lay with them. Overall, very disappointing service.

I wanted information as I liked Sunflow heaters spoke with Jay who gave me all the information I required, what was great about this company was I told him I didn’t need someone to visit I knew what I wanted just gave 2 lots of simple measurements and he gave me a price in minutes, I have now had my heaters fitted and they are exactly what I wanted look really super modern quality is A1 . and the 2 men that came and done the fitting were a credit to the company not rushing and explained as many times as I needed and worked very cleanly not a spec of dust, just done a test today and they work superb.

I was looking forward to replacing our old hot water cylinder with a Sunamp device once we decommissioned our oil fired Rayburn. I contacted Sunflow who quoted £4,506 for a full installation.
I started some enquiries both with Sunamp Scotland and elsewhere and discovered I could get a Sunamp unit for well under £2000 inclVAT and delivery. This means that Sunflow were looking to charge over £2500 to make a straightforward connection to existing pipework and electrics.I complained to Sunflow, to be told "the price was set by company directors". A pity, as there must be others like ourselves as pensioners who are put off by excessive costs such as these. I have written separately to Sunamp Scotland pointing out that such practices would undoubtedly have an impact upon possible sales.

I had old storage heater replaced with sunflower heating system, Darren and Dan were excellent.
Unfortunately my hall heater isn’t working ?
And my thermostats are reading a higher room temperature than what the real temperature is!
Trying to work out how to use the app to set the timer is making my head spin
So as it stands I’m not a happy customer!

We are absolutely delighted with our new Sunflow electric radiators, which were installed at the start of February this year. We can’t believe the difference they have made to our quality of life and comfort over the last two months. From start to finish, this was a hassle free process and Sunflow were true to their word. We are always wary of big, national companies, but Sunflow has restored our faith. Highly recommended.

From start to finish the experience was superb. We appreciated the care in which the installers took when on site. The whole process felt smooth and am currently loving our new radiators. Was able to use them for a short time during some cold weather but based on what we see, they should keep us warm once winter comes around again.

Sunflow's heaters are modern work great I've always had night storage heaters and use to struggle with damp and mould in my children's bedroom ever winter but since I've had these new amazing heaters installed that is now a thing of the past.
being able to control the my heating now 24/7 with the thermostat controller is brilliant no longer to I have to be a meteorologist fortune teller to work out if I need to put the night store on the night before and now because I can control my heating as well I'm also saving myself money on a monthly base as well which is never a bad thing.

I have had six heaters fitted, and are working brilliantly.
The surveyor was very helpful and friendly but not in any way forceful. The office staff were also friendly and helpful.
The fitting team were very professional and did a great job. The old system was removed and the new heaters fitted in one day.
Our house has never been this comfy and cosy.

I did my research and am so pleased I went with Sunflow, especially because they are a GB based company who manufacture their products in the UK was important to me!
From the initial quote to installation of my new system, Sunflow has been brilliant, great customer service. Claire is so hands on; nothing is any trouble and she kept me up to date with the progress of my order. For me, to be able to speak to someone in person made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
I would give Sunflow 5 stars but need to 'feel the heat' from the new rads after having storage heaters which were useless and hopefully will benefit from the savings this eco friendly system will provide, especially during this time of uncertainty with energy suppliers!

We have recently had a Sunflow System installed to replace our old night storage heaters on Economy 7.
We could not be more delighted with it and so pleased we made the decision to change. The individual thermostats for each radiator are an absolute boon enabling us to have heat exactly where and when we want it.
We would not hesitate to thoroughly recommend this system and this Company.

I had an additional Sunflow radiator installed today. The service was exemplary, from customer service to the engineers who arrived punctually, and worked cleanly and swiftly to complete the order. I was already delighted with the Sunflow radiators I had already installed, and even more so after my experience today.
Phoned the company to arrange a survey. initially the response was really good. Spoke to Laura who was very helpful, sent me brochures and arranged a survey. On the day the surveyor, who was really only a salesman in my eyes, measured up and quoted me a price.
After he left I pondered a while and decided to go ahead but needed to know a bit more about the installation. This is where things went down hill hence my one star. I phoned the surveyor twice and on both occasions there was no reply, I then get a text asking me what I required, I replied that I wished to have a phone call rather than texts or emails, after that nothing! I then phoned Laura to complain, she said things would be sorted out, guess what.... No follow-up. Are businesses doing so well that they can afford to be so uninterested.

I have no intention of getting in touch with you. There shouldn't have been a lack of communication (by Mr Miah) in the first place and if you can't sort out the problem, without me having to remind you, then you're no good to me.

Having used another provider of electric radiators for the past 8 years and I was not happy with the support. I was advised by my electrician to ask Sunflow to come out and see me. The presentation was very professional and covered all the relevant points explaing exactly how Sunflow is superior to the competition. Ordering was very easy and just before Christmas they gave me a date of the 11th January and true to their word two excellent fitters arrived to install and set everything up. Nothing was too much trouble and I can happily recomend them to anyone looking at future proofing their heating.

Very disappointing that although promised a "call back" on 4 separate occasions I was never given this to help me reset my thermostats - I was ssnt several emails asking me if I wanted to install Sunflow heaters - If they has checked their records they would see I had spend over £4000 in 2019 having their heaters installed!
Very poor customer relations - bigging themselves up all the time, but sadly when it comes to it they can take the talk, but sadly are very lacking at walking the walk.

Appalling customer service. I have one heater not working since 18th November. System only installed in June. They promise to call and don’t. They don’t answer emails and I have no idea when they will send an engineer to fix the heater. My issue was allegedly escalated to a Director (Nick Felsing) and it seems even senior management do not care about their customers as I am still waiting to know when they will fix the problem. Am considering legal action for mis-representation and breach of contract. It is a shame because when it works the system seems good. Think carefully before you buy from Sunflow.
Update - after repeated chasing by my other half following their below reply to my review they finally collected the radiator, fixed the problem and returned it on 15th December. Now all working fine. They still need to fix their customer service to be more pro-active. I can understand that their business is growing and they have a good product but management need to ensure they can back up the growth with the necessary after sales support otherwise there will be more reviews of this nature and business will suffer as a result.

have had sunflow heating for 2 years six months now was very impressed with both the salesman and the install team, at first i found the heating very expensive to use our electric bill was £200 a month more, we have since learnt how to reduce our electric bill by not using all the rads unless we have to,we live in a park home so not sure if this type of heating is suitable for them due to type of insulation in them,the main problem i have with sunflow is the after sales service i reported a rad not working on 2nd nov 21 and its still not fixed 5 weeks later i have had to chase them myself no one ever calls when they say they will, have even asked for a manager to call me and nothing, also had engineer booked for yesterday 6/12 didnt show then again for today 7/12 didnt show and once again after spending more time chasing them nothing back from them ,for me this is disgracefull customer service and something customers should bear in mind before they purchase from sunflow

I had storage heaters in my previous home and was fed up guessing what the weather would be like, the result is a waste of energy. Then I received the Sunflow brochure, I gave it read through and was impressed. I can’t say I fully understood all the technical details but I did grasp the fact that this was really electric central heating in that I would be completely in control. So I began to research this for a good long time. Long short, I moved and was determined this would be the system to install especially as fossil fuels are becoming taboo so to speak, electric seems the way to go. So now I have my heaters installed, which was totally hassle free. The two lads, well I am getting along in years, Rob and Josh were very helpful moving things around and kept the work area clean. Rob explained the workings of the thermostatic control and answered questions in an easily understood way, and Josh showed me the instruction sheet and assured me that if I had any problem just to give Sunflow a call and they would be able to talk me through it. I have to say they were extremely polite and courteous. So now I have the product installed, the radiators are very slim and are easy on the eye, I have a blue one in my bedroom so cool. They have already made a big difference and true to the claim of being energy efficient when they ‘top up’ just about hit the amber on the smart meter display for a few minutes, so not as much as a kettle which seems to go right round the clock. I’m extremely pleased with the choice I made, and I would definitely recommend them. From the enquiry to the young man that came out to measure the rooms and installation it was ‘pain free’.
