My needs were discussed very thoroughly and I was presented with 2 options. I was given the pros and cons of both and the best option for my circumstances was suggested. I had been very well advised and accepted the proposal. I felt I had been very well looked after.

Nice dealing with grown up
Having received a hike in premium of 35% from my existing provider I was keen to "compare the market". Unfortunately the comprisons websites just throw up a load of quotes but making comparisons is rather difficult as each provider has a different way of describing their offerings.
I then received a call from Elaine Morgan of Switch, friendly yet professional, she identified a new provider offering comparable provision at a price I could stomach. Her knowledge of the market and the products was evident.
She even managed to make the compliance stuff, that usually causes me to lose the will to live, tolerable.
