Had the pleasure of speaking to George Kirby, who was polite and professional. Explained everything very well and in the detail I needed to understand and make an informed decision.

I don’t have the time to research and review multiple Health insurance providers, so, I filled out an online form and Usay made it easy. All down to the excellent customer experience delivered by Louisa Horgan. She was patient, very insightful and was the reason I selected her recommendation.

Sam Adesanwo was able to help me find a deal on my health insurance. He was able to tweak the options for me to compare and choose a suitable policy. His explanation of how the system work and sensitivity in matters was greatly appreciated.

Good clear communication & the adviser knew his scruff

Bruno was able to explain clearly the differences between the medical insurances open for me to consider. He spent considerable time at the start of the telephone conversation establishing my medical conditions my financial situation and which policy would probably be best suited to me. He was very kind, polite and patient and guided me towards the policy most suitable for my needs. The whole process was far simpler than I had imagined and I’m delighted with the outcome.

Harry Fletcher was really supportive and explained the pros and cons of different health insurance policies. He found us a really good deal with Aviva for a joint policy for me and my wife. Harry went though the policy and explained how it works highlighting the key points. He sent us the draft doucments which we finally signed through Docusign with Aviva.
