Helpful staff.

I did have a few problems with the car (sensors) after purchase, but they were all sorted with understanding, competence and a smile. Paige was particularly helpful, sorting the problems with the car and, among other things, getting my glasses from the courtesy car I left them in and bringing them to the desk, so I didn't have to. Not only competent but also cautious. Thank you.

Enquired for a car at Synter select Nottingham call was taken by the sales Manager Declan,from the start to the end a fantastic customer experience from the video of the car to all the questions I had about the car answered by Adam sales advisor/consultant,Declan ensured the process was flawless,so professional and honest,can say this is probably the best dealership to buy a car from headed by Declan Francis values.

Alans was very good and listened to my requests. Very knowledgeable salesman. I would recommend him if you are looking to get a car. Not a pushy salesman.

Extremely Poor Service
I’ve had the worst experience with Sytner. I bought a car in November and was told all checks had been completed, including new wiper blades. When I got home to Leicester and properly checked the car, it was obvious the car hadn’t even been touched.
I called them to raise this and was told the part wasn’t available and that I’d have to rebook in January. I was also told it would take 1–2 hours and would include a new MOT. I arrived at 9am and, 9 hours later, the work still hasn’t been completed.

The whole experience has been frustrating, misleading, and a complete waste of time. Customer service is extremely poor. everything is “happy days” until you buy the car, and then you’re treated like you don’t matter.
I won’t be going back and would strongly advise decent, honest people to avoid using their services

I left my car for MOT and investigation regards coolant leek. Everything took around 2,5h. After all service I was send video with checking etc. Very professional. I needed to leave my car there for repair Emily the lady who helped me was very nice and kind. It’s my second car from there and not the last. Highly recommended

Want to thank Jack Riley for making my experience stress free and making me feel comfortable. He really has a great attitude and was down to earth and got everything across to me without being pushy.

I found the sytner group a very relaxing non pressure environment in which to purchase a car. Normunds Allen and Jamie worked very well in a way of respecting my opinion and giving me time to decide on purchasing a car (a Toyota Corolla hatch) which was well within my budget and me and my wife were offered and given tea and coffee. It took k about a week for me to decide and was obviously not rushed into the deal. Many thanks to Allen and will definitely return when going to replace the car I bought.

They are scammers. They advertise a car and collect all sensitive data from customers. After 2-3 weeks they said car is not roadworthy, they are not wish to sell it. But they already sold it another person. Unlucky person bought the faulty car. He/She already taxed it.

My first experience with SytnerSelect is when I first spoke to Lisa in Sales. I was cautious and wasn't really sure if the car I was looking at was suitable.
Lisa was amazing very professional. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience of the industry and explained everything in laymans terms which gave me total reassurance and confidence.
My husband and I took the 370 miles round trip to SynterSelect in Nottingham to purchase our car. We were looked after by Jack who explained everything to us. I had made lots of notes regarding the car and Jack very kindly explained everything to me. Nothing at all was to much trouble. Everything was very relaxed he made the whole car buying process a fabulous experience all.

Allen was excellent. He was friendly good humour and explained everything about the car and the process. Took us on a test drive were he explained more about what car could do and its functions. Would highly recommend him or buy from him again. 10 out of 10 for service.
