Tactical Kit Avaliações

Another fantastic interaction with the Tactical Kit team.

Dispatch has always been rapid and they're also very prompt and helpful in responding to queries about items they don't actively stock and do what they can to assist.

They even took the effort of packing my order with a piece of protective cardboard to keep my Cana provisions jerry can decal in good condition which was appreciated.

So far so great, never had an order shipped so fast, really good price, if the item I ordered is as good as the sevice so far I will be delighted. Thanks guys.

Only ordered a few small items but delivery is mega quick.
Will 100% recommend and use again

Ordered a set of goggles with standard delivery - they arrived the next day (on a Saturday) in excellent condition.

First time using this company and will be using again!

Charlene & Ian are an absolute credit to their brand. Nothing is too much effort for them, they are personable and completely treat you like your order really matters to them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will be using them again for definite. Thanks Ian and Charlene!

The number one for tactical gear in the uk , they stock top class kit always a fast delivery and the customer service is also top class . I would buy from here before anywhere else.

Ordered some bits from these guys and unfortunately had some problems that were sharp dealt with, 10/10 customer service from Ian, will definitely be ordering from them again.

I ordered some Revision Desert Locust goggles from Tactical Kit, they promptly (same day) notified me that they have run out of stock in the Basic Tan bundle via and that they were going to upgrade me to the Essential Bundle at no extra charge, without me even responding back! Incredibly generous way of handling the situation, thank you to Ian and the team at Tactical Kit! I will not hesitate to order from you guys again!

Incredibly professional !
I’ve bought quite a few bits of kit from the guys at Tactical-kit.co.uk and the only thing beating the quality of the kit is the personal interaction and customer service. It’s quite incredible.
If you need advice, it’s there- full, impartial and absolutely targeted at YOU and YOUR application. This is what’s needed in this industry and Ian is leading the way.
Whenever I need new kit I don’t go any further than these guys.

Placed countless orders with Tactical Kit and the items always arrive quickly and in good order. One time they sent me the wrong item by mistake but it was returned and exchanged at no expense to myself and they threw in some free stickers and a patch. Great customer service.

Easy to order on their site, and there a hiccup which was not on them but on 3rd party delivery/receiving address which Tactical Kit's team, Ian did help as much as possible to locate my purchase and that is good customer service that comes after-sales.

Excellent selection of products and my item - a sling - arrived within 2 days expertly packed.
Highly recommended, will use again. Thanks team TK!

I’m a repeat customer with Tactical Kit, excellent service. Ordered a couple of Moonlight Industries chest rigs, good prices & both of them arrived very quickly. Impressed.

Been using Tactical Kit for some time now and I have never experienced such costumer service. Every order I make is an absolute thrill! Best tactical shop for gear in the United Kingdom for sure.
Thank you guys!

Customer Service sums it up! Haven't used Tactical Kit before, but so glad I have. First, great range of products some of which aren't as easy to get in the UK, second, lightning fast shipping. But most importantly great communication, I made a few errors, but Ian and Milly at Tactical Kit we're superb with a decent RMA process to follow, a very efficient refund and communication that a replacement will be shipped once parts are in, literally ticked every box. So be kind, have decent adult conversations with these guys as the best thing is you are dealing with humans behind the machine, Well done Ian, Milly and Team!!

A unique shop that allows group orders of top-tier brands like Ferro and Spiritus here in Europe. Great service and a solid selection. These guys are passionate about what they do. Thank you!

Ian & the crew is top notch!
Good costumer service and fast shipping.

Ian and the team at Tactical kit go above and beyond to deliver quality customer service. Sorted me out with some kit I needed at the very last minute which arrived the very next day! Very helpful and rapid communication throughout.
