Tactical Kit Avaliações

I have used tactical kit quite a few times to buy a lot of Spiritus Systems kit from them. They are a great company that get all the really hard to get Tactical kit from all over the world.
I ordered the Spiritus Systems Garage T-shirt and forgot to order the free pack of stickers that you can get when you spend over £30. A quick email to Ian and he was happy to help putting them in. Always fast delivery, fantastic service and great items.
Definitely recommend to all

Really great communication...
These guys are highly recommended and stock lots of hard to find USA made kit.
Top marks!

I placed an order of some pouches and when I received the order I realized I had ordered the wrong dump pouch. Contacted their customer service email and had a return number and paperwork set up within a few hours. I returned the item and the day they received it they emailed saying they had it and gave me tracking for the replacement item that was sent out the same day!
Top notch customer service everyone, especially Ian and Milly, thank you both!

Had a slight issue, but the excellent customer service resolved it in no time. Great products, great prices as well.

Excellent service. made an order and received it the next day. Had to change something due to sizing issues and they did it straight away. Can't find any faults.

Originally shopped here due to them stocking the best in tactical kit in the UK but stayed due to the outstanding customer service 👍🏼

Ian from Tactical-Kit could not help me out enough. Ordered a Modlite from them and it arrived in no time and when I needed extra bits they were really accomodating. Quick responses to emails and really quick in getting everything out to me. Highly recommended.
Left the review a little bit later in the year as the Modlite I purchased has now had some good use and still going strong.

Amazing service, placed an order on Sunday, was despatched Monday and arrived Tuesday. Well packaged and good comms via email with updates.

Absolutely brilliant service as usual, the UK is lucky to have Tactical Kit to supply us with all them tactical gear needs. Top brands from a top store.

Great customer service as always from
Tactical Kit, after I ordered the wrong item and receiving the replacement, all within 5 days👌🏻

Tactical Kit Uk is my goto place for any of my kit. Biggest downside is stuff sells fast! So if there's something you have your eye on get it before you kick yourself when it's out of stock.
Customer service is excellent, and they will help with any problems or queries you have and it's nice to have a human touch instead of having to deal with bots! Would be lost without them!

I have been ordering from Tactical Kit for a few years now, all the gear has been of the highest quality and delivery has been prompt and efficient. On my last order there was an issue with the delivery (no fault of Tactical Kit) and their customer service was excellent in helping me resolve the problem. Highly recommended.

Brought a military head torch, arrived quickly. Then even with a manufacturing fault on the item months later, the customer service team was so professional and quick at responding, very impressed with the service!

Awesome customer service Ian is a legend turned my order round double time ordered it at 1230 was in my hands and on my kit by 0940 the following morning keep up the good work dose not go unnoticed

I have made several purchases from Tactical Kit over the years; their response has always been incredibly fast and they have dealt with any queries rapidly and effectively.

Highly recommended.

Waited a month for my order to arrive, in fairness wasn’t their fault was due to customs messing around, when it did arrive they had sent the wrong mag pouches. A month waiting for the wrong order to arrive. Should’ve just ordered direct from the us. Would’ve had the right order, faster and cheaper

Shocking customer service couldn’t find a sling attachment for a sling he was selling and said he is just back from Germany and doesn’t have time to help me and I should do my own homework. NO YOU DIDNT SPEND ANY TIME ON THE PHONE THATS THE POINT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILED BADLY!!!!! TAKE YOUR 1STAR REVIEW ON THE CHIN AND LEARN FROM IT AND DONT SENT PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE REPLIES.

Good communication fast delivery

Unbelievable service! I’ve no idea how Ian managed to get my order to me so quickly. He went above and beyond what I expected and comms were fantastic. Excellent experience all around. Thank you.

I have bought many items from Tactical kit over the years from Safariland holsters to Haley Strategic chest rigs and many more. Their items are always top quality and the speed of delivery seems unmatched. I usually get the simple 3-5 day delivery option and often receive it within a couple of days. Recently I purchased a Safariland 6354DO holster, and received it next day (on a Saturday). Their after sales support is also awesome, with great customer service they always seem to go that extra mile to help their customers.
