Tactical Kit deserve 5 Big Booms
I recently ordered from Tactical Kit and was really impressed with the whole experience, the website is easy to navigate, checkout is straightforward, and my order was dispatched the same day or next day mainly, and delivered quickly. Their staff are also excellent at communication. I had a question about a product and received a fast, helpful reply via email. Overall, the combination of quick deliveries, smooth ordering, and responsive customer service makes Tactical Kit a reliable place to shop for gear.

Always a great experience with Tac Kit, lovely staff, near instant customer service, and some of the best prices and products in the UK to fit my needs.

If you ever need anything, you will want to use these guys.

Easily done, even with complications which I was at fault for they squared it away within the day

Ordered Altama Maritime Assault boots.

Had a small technical issue resulting in my payment being duplicated, Ian from Tactical Kit was incredibly helpful and resolved this matter within minutes. His demeanour was one of friendliness and a genuine desire to help.

My order itself arrived quickly and was well packed ensuring arrived safely.

Could not recommend more highly!

Firstly this is a legit review. The team went out of their way on multiple occasions to check individual stock item specifics and also ring back to confirm delivery address, which I had miss entered! Saving issues on delivery 100% great company ! Highly recommended! Scotty

Been using Tactical Kit for years now. Ian and his team have always been approachable and helpful with all enquiries, and shipping is always prompt. By far the source I trust most for tactical gear in the UK.

Excellent customer service, highly recommend these guys.

I purchased a pair of PIG FDT Delta gloves, which arrived promptly, and sooner than expected. This is my first purchase from Tactical Kit, and I was impressed with the service I received.

Horrible customer service. My package was stolen due to a fault of the delivery service. I was not given the option to choose delivery time, or change delivery location. They did not ensure i had received the package. They just dumped it outside of my door in the middle of a work day. Tactical Kit refused to reimburse my purchase or send a replacement order as they had "fulfilled their contractual obligations", as well as refused taking any responsibility for the poor service provided by their chosen delivery service. They dont care about customer service, just money. They wont help you if you dont get you package for 300 quid.
I won’t be spending another dime on this website and if you arn’t at home and available to recieve a delivery 24/7 you shouldn’t either.

i made a mistake with the sizing of carrier i bought, i contacted them and got a return sorted incredibly quickly, even with a response from them on a Sunday, and replacement item will be with me 2 days after returning the old one via the post.

I had an excellent experience with this Tactical kit. Shortly after placing my order for a Holosun sight, I received a tracking number—impressive speed, I chose next-day delivery and the package arrived earlier than expected at 11am. The morning update reassured me everything was on track. It came securely sealed in original plastic and contained all the components you'd expect from a high-quality product. The efficiency and reliability were top-notch, and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Always has everything in stock; spiritus, Ferro, etc. Always extremely fast shipping, never had an issue with broken or wrong products, always actual gear, good and fast customer support willing to answer any questions, always my first choice when ordering gear. 11/10

I searched for a UK store that supplies 5.11 gear, i was after some Taclite pants, Tactical-kit had the best price, i ordered a pair, which arrived in quick time, updated when dispatched etc. The pants were too big thus i returned them, easy process following the T&C and a replacement was requested, smaller waist, very good, speedy service, i look forward to purchasing more in due course, thanks Ken

Used them a few times over the years and always brilliant. Not long after placing the order is it packed and tracking received. I wish all companies would operate like this.

Second time I have purchased from this company. Fantastic service every time. Many thanks.

My son belongs to a rifle club and waned some special kit for his birthday present. I had no idea what it was he wanted, so I rang the company and asked for information. The person to whom I spoke was extremely helpful and explained everything. I placed my order, which arrived safely. The birthday is next week, and I am sure my son will be thrilled, as am I, knowing I have got him exactly what he wanted. So thank you Tactical Kit for your help and efficiency.

I bought a Holosun red dot online via the site and as delivered efficiently. Unfortunately it had a fault and Tactical Kit were easy to speak to about it, promptly set up the return and arranged a refund. Really good experience end to end. I would recommend them and seek them out to use in the future.

Good products, fast delivery and a great customer-service when i had an issue with my order.
Will be ordering again for sure, thank you.

I ordered the wrong model of the item I wanted. The Tactical Kit customer service team couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. I was able to exchange the item with out any hassle at all.
