I had a problem with the fit of my first shirt, they reached out and already got to work on remaking it. Great service!

I had two custom shirts made by them so far. Inexpensive. They are responsive and quickly resent one shirt out that was only an inch too long (I would have had the hem taken in localy, but they offered to replace it).
I love the customized bespoked shirts. Keep in mind the turn around time is a month as they're in China. Oh, also maybe add half an inch or so to your measurements to accomendate for shrinking in the wash.
If I had one criticism that is one of the premium white shirts I received from them is a little thin- material is nicely textured, all cotton, but a little thinner than I would like (and I'd be happer to pay few dollars more for a heavier weight- this was their top tier) Don't know if the other premium white fabrics are thicker or if I just selected a thin, summer-weight fabric by mistake. Maybe the fabric weights are listed.
Anyway they're legit and I'd order again.

OK så länge man undviker rutigt eller andra mönster som kräver mönsterpassning.

Enligt kundtjänsten är tafflig mönsterpassning ”något som man måste räkna med” när man väljer mönster. Billiga kedjor klarar detta men inte TS.

Jeg bestilte et par skræddersyede bukser, og jeg er virkelig imponeret. Leveringen var overraskende hurtig, og bukserne sidder helt perfekt – præcis som jeg håbede.

Jeg handler helt sikkert der igen!

Ok, so I previously reviewed some shirts from here but I just got my first pair of chinos done too. I was a bit sceptical about how the sizing would work and indeed the first pair I was sent were not perfect. However, Tailor Store offer a no quibble remake and the second pair are PERFECT! I am genuinely impressed once again and will continue to recommend these guys!

Die Qualität der Ware ist wirklich hochwertig, die Verarbeitung tadellos. Die Lieferzeiten (2 bis 3 Wochen) sind für Einzelanfertigung aus Sri Lanka gut. Auch der Service bei Massproblemen hält was versprochen wird (kostenlose Nachfertigung!). Ich hoffe, die Näherinnen vor Ort werden angemessen bezahlt...

Fantastiskt generöst att man får en ny skjorta om den första inte riktigt passade!!! Nöjd med den skjorta som kom, men bara lite kort i ärmarna.
